  1. @BratDet You both really look good all dressed up. Looks very similar to the letter we got when tested positive. Hope you have a very mild case and back to normal really quickly.
  2. I understand where your coming from as I'm 71 also. I walk 10 miles a day and probably more fit that 50% on the tour but --- You could probably easily do on your own or try Expedia here's a link to their tour to Botanic Garden but many others available. Change dates for your cruise. https://www.expedia.com/things-to-do/queen-elizabeth-ii-botanic-park-and-pedro-st-james-castle-tour-in-grand-cayman.a1726041.activity-details?&rid=602874&location=Grand+Cayman%2C+Cayman+Islands&startDate=2022-08-20&endDate=2022-08-21&filter.categories=ToursDayTrips|BusMinivanTours|ToursDayTrips&sort=RECOMMENDED&swp=on
  3. In a serial fashion your logic and timing would be accurate. I've seen them doing it on the ship and works kinda like a production line. They probably have 100+ test being run at the same time and as you can imagine they don't have an individual technician sitting watching a test for 15 minutes and then move on to the next test. Seems like they had 3-4 people in addition to the ones doing the tests and the one checking people in. Unlike the reported cases above. When I tested positive I received a Positive Test by email at about 18 minutes after the test and had a phone call within 20 minutes. A nurse was shortly at the door taking our temps and 02 shortly thereafter.
  4. The vendor that Celebrity used dropped the service before Covid and not currently available. To my knowledge the only place where you can do something similar is Seattle and it is provided to the crumbliness via the City.
  5. Final Payment Date. It will show on your booking. Currently 90 days prior to sailing. If you can't find it do a mock booking and when you get to the page showing the fare it will say - Remaining payment due next to deposit amount
  6. Since you have 45 days from when OnLine checking opens you should have plenty of time. I had my sister-in-Law text me a picture of her passport and was able to scan from the picture. Total checkin takes no more than 3-5 minutes per couple. I have stock photos we use but can only upload them using the web version.
  7. I would recommend calling Engagement Center (previously call ed Resolution Department). They have the ability to help out. Call early for shortest wait times.
  8. Everything is now done by arrival time to get into terminal and then they do have "Priority Counters" for checkin once inside the terminal. It was a means of controlling the number of people in the terminal during Covid. They have been enforcing but sometimes if there is a break they invite people from the next time slot lane to enter.
  9. Pretty easy if use the App If using App - Just Scan in Passports Fill in Contact information Pick an Arrival Time Take a Picture for boarding pass Upload Vac Certificate Credit Card You can also do it on a combination of PC and Phone or totally on either In reality the only thing your really need is to select the Arrival Time and the rest just cut down checkin time by about 45 seconds. I have done it 5 times in the past 6 months. It is easiet to select an arrival time using the App. Just go straight to select arrival time and select for each guest. Your friends will probably have to do it themselves unless they give you access to their Celebrity username an password.
  10. That I don't understand. I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max and no problem at all doing a test with eMed. You could do a trial and pretend like you are going to do a test and go through the section where they test your equipment and then disconnect before the tester signs on.
  11. Agree with the above - 15 accessible but 16 where the bar is - is not accessible. They do have waiters / drink takers so that shouldn't be a problem. Shaded ares are limited.
  12. Good to hear. You should be fine but let us know how it goes. I've only read one report of someone using on Celebrity and they said it was as easy as showing negative test result. I still have a week to go before we can get our COR but at least I tested negative this morning.
  13. You get first choice of boarding times. The earliest usually fill up within a day or two.
  14. I agree, the app while it can be useful is not known to be correct. On our Greenland Cruise it shows we arrive in Bermuda on day 2. hmmmm
  15. I find it easier that calculating when 45 days is .... Then I set a reminder on my iphone.
  16. Really. You must be special! The one for the Aug 31st cruise is still showing pending.
  17. Update - My Vax Certificate was accepted in the App today 16 days pre-cruise. I uploaded it when check-in began on 45 days pre cruises. The cruise prior to this one was also approved between 14-16 days before the cruise.
  18. Yea... that happend to us with our rental car in the UK. Really like CarPlay - Unfortunately our car does not have Car Play so I have to depend on a $25 device instead of buying a new car. I loved how you could just plug you Iphone in and everything worked seamlessly - especially navigation.
  19. By the way I used one of mine today. I was at the Doctors and a huge parking lot. Forgot where I left the car. so opened up FindMy App and it showed me exactly where I was and where the car was.
  20. Someone pointed out earlier that there is a way you can use AirTags on an Android - but have to install a couple apps - You can't set up AirTags using an Android device, but you can use the Tracker Detect app to track an AirTag with Android. To find a lost AirTag with an Android device, install a Bluetooth scanner and look for an unnamed Bluetooth device manufactured by Apple, Inc.
  21. They really aren't consistent. If your sails the same itinerary weekly you can look at an earlier cruise by selecting see other ships we support select your ship and then the current cruise.
  22. The size of the battery is well below the airline restriction limits - at least in the U.S. Googling I found this Are AirTags allowed on airplanes? An AirTag uses Bluetooth to send a secure and anonymous signal to other Apple devices on the Find My network to register its physical location. Since an AirTag doesn't use cellular, AirTags are allowed on airplanes without having to power them down or remove their battery.
  23. That will become available at usually 45 days prior to your cruise and you can do it using the app ( easiest) on on the web. Withe app you just scan in your passport while the web requires you to type all the info. The link you see will become active at that time. In the app choose your sailing and click the Head Silhouette and it will give you the exact date it is expected to open.
  24. It is usually there but "hidden".... LOL I find that if you look on the first sea day at 5:00pm they will either show a little bell with Chic Night and/or say Evening Chic Portrait How hard would it be to make it real clear as it is one thing people always want to know.
  25. That's possible and I've had similar when it hasn't been identified since you last identified. Maybe blocked from a bluetooth connection. It reports the last location it was spotted. Sometimes it is just a system glitch. The other day I got an alert that I left my AirPods behind at Starbucks --- Only problem was they were in my ear and I was listing to an e-book.
