Well done, they shipped the big granite blocks to Sydney for the Harbour Bridge Pylons and other sites. Today the site is called the Moruya Quarry Park, bbq's, seating, etc, nice spot. About 10 minutes from my place. Your turn.

Reasonable restaurants in Sydney CBD

As others have said Barangaroo in Sydney has many good eating places - various cuisines. They often compete with each other. My recommendation for tourists, walk the Barangaroo restaurant strip. -

On my trips to UK inc London, we stayed mostly at pubs in the country or premier inns/holiday inns in the cities/towns. The holiday inns and premier inns generally offer breakfast and dinner and reasonable prices. Book direct with their sites. Never been keen on Air B and B's etc. Always love full english. -
Thanks for asking, now happily residing in a ground floor villa at a very small retirement village, Illawarra Retirement Trust - Moruya on Moruya River. Still battling with the cancer and kidney issues, but as the oncologist said to me the other day, 'Les, your 'Best before Date' might have passed BUT your 'Use by Date' has not yet been reached !!' I cracked up! Although not posting much these days I still enjoy reading the posts. Best wishes to all and above all 'keep cruising !!!'
