Nice, a sofa that doesn't look broken down. Guess that's the advantage of being on a newer ship. On the Regal on our last cruise, I found most of the welds broken on one section of the sofa, and those were fixes. Room steward used zip ties to "try" and fix it.

I've never had a problem with the service desk, but I'm usually asking why I was charged for a drink when I have a drink package. They just take it off right then and there. You got a "special" guy.

They usually have the Taco station everyday in the "Horizon Bistro". It's a sepreate area from the Horizon Court. Entering from the pool area, Bistro,Pastry,Court.

We did a 14 day Alaska cruise from Vancouver that was very similar to yours.It was sold as 2 7 days or a 14 day. There was a meeting in the theater for those doing the full 14. We were off hiking around We waited for the crowds to disembark, then went hiking around Whittier

I kept looking at a future cruise, June 2025, for excursions. I've read where the "Best of The Golden Circle" tour in Reykjavik, Iceland usually sells out., so as soon as it became available I booked it. I will book a ships tour to hold it, then decide if I want that tour or an independent one. I know it's far away but I needed to spend some money so I booked it. I was looking at my credit card statement and saw where I was refunded 129.95pp and at first couldn't figure out what the refund was for. I figured it out seeing my booking was cancelled. The excursion is still listed, now it's $244.95. Thanks Princess, another reason to stay away from ship excursions!!

On our last cruise, we didn't have the "new" plus package on our second leg. We activated only my wifes medallion so she could order beers to our room. I used my medallion at the bar and needed my 15😀 You are only allowed to order 4 of any one at a time. She used to order 8 at a time and 4 waters. Biggest let down was there were no more Fosters Oil Cans. My refer was always FULL.

We're looking for Asia. Hoping Princess brings back the Panama Canal and Pacific Adventure 19day from LA. With the back ups in the Panama Canal, I'm not too hopeful.

On our last cruise, I praised the dining room host who helped me get a table suitable for my wife. He made a special trip to Thank Us. They really do read those and let the ones you've pointed out know. On a previous cruise, I wrote that the AC was warm in a cold climate and I was worried about it later in the South Pacific. Next day our room steward told me that maintenance had been in our room and solved the problem. I always fill them out.

He was great, always upbeat and always knew when I needed a new one.

We take it off in the morning and put back on before we go to sleep.

We left Lisbon for the Azores and had to go south for weather. We docked in the Azores 9hrs late and only did so to fuel up. We docked in Lisbon early and stayed an extra hour so that the ship could restock stores. Mad rush off the ship and all the stores that were open were over run with people grabbing up what ever they could.

You need to go to the Mermaid Tail Bar on the pool deck. William, Yu and Rollie are a great team. My refer was always full and when the ship started running out of Londons Pride, they sent me back to my cabin loaded. Tell them Tim said Hello. I heard someone say, Hey Yu can you get me another drink and I thought wow that's rude. Then I realized her name is Yu.

It's on the side of the light housing. A little round sensor. Ask room steward if you can't find it. We always use blue painters tape. Easier to get off.

You need to put a piece of tape, a bandaid works over the sensor on the side of the light.

I've stayed several times on a Mini Suite on Deck 8. Princess has decided to make Cat ME, of which these 12 are , guarantee only. On Deck 9 Mini suites D110-D223 are also Cat ME.

Figured I'd ask in this forum as I assume most here are from Australia or NZ. How easy is it to get a ride share in Sydney to the CBD or at any of the port cities in both Aus and NZ? What is the cost comparison to taxi's? Mahalo

He was on the previous leg from Southampton to FLL. We were in the elevator with him and my wife complimented him on his tux. We did the 10days British Isles, with the 15day TA to FLL. 2 "formal" nights in 25days and I can't remember exactly but more White and Gold and Dress to Impress nights. Think Princess wants to appease those that like to dress up and those that don't. I'm a shorts, tank top, slippas guy ( I only own 3 pairs of shoes ) but still wear acceptable wear to dinner,even a coat, then change right afterwards.

Unfortunately the big brains at Princess decided to make the ME Cat which the Emerald Deck mini's are as well as the far forward minis on Dolphin deck guarantee only.
