We were just in Hutalco this past October during our Panama Canal itinerary. Port times were changed so we just took a taxi into town. Not enough time to do an excursion.

We just did the full transit San Pedro-Tampa in October onboard RCI Serenade and there was no option to get off during our travel through the locks.

You might also check out a tour with Chilkoot...A very popular private company used by many when visiting Skagway.

Here's hoping you're happy with Embassy Suites....unfortunately it has been getting bad reviews for quite sometime...tired and run down. We used to say there but not any longer. FYI....Check out Hyatt Place (it sits right behind ES) get rates with ValueTrips or as a Hyatt membership.

We always do self assist and have no trouble each wheeling our large Travel Pro bags . We've done this at many ports over the years but I must say I've never seen such wonderful service than the Tampa terminal this past October. There were terminal staff lined up at the top of the escalator and almost insisted that they take your bags down for you...and were clearly telling everyone that they didn't want anyone to fall and to hold onto the escalator hand rails. Just amazing efficient service.

We were in Juneau the end of September and most of the shops seemed to stay open late when ships were there...However not sure they would be open that late. Sorry you have such a late port stop there.

They have them onboard in the gift shop.

We were there a couple of times last year (2022) and the water taxi was $7.00 pp rt. There were two boats making the run back/forth.

USD $'s will be just fine. We were recently there this past October during our Panama Canal itinerary. We were going to book with Dora but opted to DIY and took a taxi from the port (which itself is amazing with the bird/animal exhibits) to the old walled city and back.

We were just in Cartegena (amazing port terminal with all the birds/animals exhibit) during our October RCI Serenade Panama Canal itinerary. We had no trouble taking a taxi from there to the walled city and back again. Very easy to do and enjoyed our day there.

We've done both a few times and absolutely mid May has always been the best !!!

We just did this on our RCI Alaska itinerary this past September. We had no trouble making a noon flight. However to assure that this is what we opted to do. We were an extended family with 4 adults and 2 kids 5/8. We did self assist and took the elevator from the terminal upstairs to the Pan Pacific Hotel walked out to the curb and our private transportation was waiting. Even if there would have been just the two of and there have been several times debarking at this port we have never had trouble with a noon flight time.

You don't need to say anything to anyone about the "no show"...No one will ask and no one in the terminal or onboard cares. The refunds that will be automatically refunded will go back to the credit card that made the final payment. Or at least this is what we've experienced.

Agree...This was one of the best port terminals we've been to. The birds/animals exhibit was such an amazing surprise. We ported there this past October during our Panama Canal RCI itinerary.

We took our drinks across the hall to the Vortex area...great views from there and they had it designated for upper tiers since there were so many on our PC itinerary. 116 Pinnacles 326 D+ 357 D

More than likely it won't update...RCI...not surprised. Check your SeaPass card when you board and also go to the MDR to verify your change. You should have no problems since you have a screenshot.

We'll also still be porting at Bar Harbor for our Oct 2023 RCI Liberty cruise. Agree this change can be seen on the RCI schedule for Oct 2024...substituting Sydney instead.

Just on Serenade this past September & October. CL is now for suites (GS & above) with comp drinks and snacks 5-8. During other hours there was morning continental breakfast and cookies etc throughout the day. It was nice to be able to use our 5 drink vouchers pp during the day anywhere. Enjoyed Serenade especially for our October Panama Canal.

NCL isn't offering their cruise train transfer from ANC to Seward day of cruise ?? A bit surprised as we've used the train transfer with RCI early May from Seward to ANC. Hope you called NCL directly to check this out.

You can also try checking Hyatt Place rates with ValueTrips or directly with Hyatt as a member. This hotel is a great location (just off 17th Street and behind Embassy Suites) right next to the Harbor Shopping center with a Publix Market, many shops and restaurants. They offer a shuttle from FLL to their hotel (current price is $5.00 room charge not per person). They do have a port shuttle but you can just take a taxi which will be easy, quick and less expensive. They also will hold your luggage post cruise and may offer a day pass for you.

Gift certificates redeemed for OBC can't be used toward pre-cruise purchases through your cruise planner. You must wait until you board to use them.

This is just what I was told when I called. Perhaps there is a way to get comped other than through the casino. But either way it certainly didn't apply to mine.
