  1. It's still on our 9 night Canada NE itinerary for Oct 5th onboard Liberty out of Cape Liberty.
  2. After you get off the tender walk along the marina until you come to the display of surfboards (on your left) walk past them to the street...that's where the taxi/pedicabs are. We were just there again last month.
  3. Just past the tender there's a large indoor vendor area on your left hand side...walk up a few stairs..you can't miss it. We were just in Cabo last month from onboard RCI Navigator.
  4. So I'll assume your priority is either by staying in a suite or paying for the Key. We were just in a suite onboard Navigator last month and the SL concierge walked us down to board the first tender...easy and quick.
  5. The RCI desserts were bad long before the pandemic, so that has nothing to do with it.
  6. The pastry chef must be the one from our Harmony cruise. RCI certainly doesn't have more than one that knows what their doing. The baklava we had on Jewel & Serenade last year was burnt to a crisp. RCI should be ashamed to serve the kinda desserts we've seen lately.
  7. No...You can make a change to this when you book onboard. Actually tell them you want to own the booking then you can decide if you want to transfer it to the TA of your choice or keep it.
  8. I've been saying for a few years (posting here as well as in person and on my surveys) that the dessert's in the WJ need a lot of IMPROVEMENT !!!! We've sailed on many RCI ships and recently onboard Harmony end of April they had the most amazing desserts (Carrot Cake with real cream cheese frosting) ...someone knew how to finally get it right...but I'm sure that particular person didn't last long. Also the cookies onboard are being overly baked...they end up hard as a rock !!
  9. Any specific tours for Lahaina to do as you suggested.
  10. RCI it's hit/miss but nothing you can count on. Our October RCI Serenade Panama Canal itinerary did have water at some of our docks but not all.
  11. Navigator has the best ice show fleet wide...The iSkate Reach For The Stars. We just saw it again last month. We saw the last performance for this group and the new cast was to board the ship and start their 8 month contract on Jan 27th the day we got off. So sorry this particular show isn't done on other RCI ships.
  12. We just got off Navigtor (Jan 20th-27th) in an OS and no free internet on this class.
  13. When bidding up for us it's the category going from a booked JS to GS or OS that's worked out the best for us.
  14. Yes...C&A program is 25 years old. Started cruising about 4 years before that with RCI and all our cruise nights were grandfathered in.
  15. They put a colored wristband on you when you buy the roundtrip. When you're ready to leave Maho there are lots of the same taxi company waiting out front...you'll be directed to get in one of them...This couldn't be easier. Tell the driver if you want to be dropped off in town rather than back to the taxi stand. You will of course then have to take the water taxi back to the dock at your own cost.
  16. We used "Glory Tours" that included the caves.
  17. About 45 min to one hour of course depending on traffic. By bus ???
  18. That law went into effect as of January 15, 2023. We just returned from a Mexican Riviera cruise Jan 20th-27th. We actually saw no one smoking anywhere at the ports we stopped at so I can't comment on how it was enforced but it sure was posted in our Cruise Compass with a warning.
  19. We've found the best rental rates booking with Costco. We used Budget for our Port Canaveral itinerary this past April.
  20. Yes...Very easy to spot the signage for Suite entry outside the terminal. Once you go through the door into the terminal walk straight ahead. Just cruised out of San Pedro onboard Navigator Jan 20th-27th.
  21. Just off Navigator (Jan 27th) and surprised at how many casita's there were now as compared to our last January cruise. Saw no one renting/occupying them. Unfortunately they take up a lot of rail space that used to have some nice views.
  22. I've found RCI onboard staff to be very responsive to in cabin problems. Last year on Jewel we had a bad sewage smell problem in our OS during our Arctic Circle itinerary. Our steward reported the ongoing problem and it escalated up the onboard chain. The SL Concierge offered us 20% off the base cruise fare as an FCC. Just off Navigator and our OS cabin door wasn't pulled close all the way we noticed on one of returns to our cabin. We told our steward and it too was escalated to security...video tapes were apparently checked we were told. Because of this security issue we were given a 15% FCC.
  23. Hopefully you will watch the video and see it's a fun excursion. Kentucky...where?
  24. If this is allowed by your cruiseline...perhaps I'm wrong but isn't there a fee at times for the passenger to do this?
