I had always thought Royal should block booking on connecting staterooms unless you are taking both (until some pre determined time, then open them up). We booked lots of connecting cabins when the kids were younger, and it was always frustrating to not be able to find a pair. I have noticed lately that Royal has attached a premium price to connecting rooms on many ships.
