Missed Call From Crown and Anchor Society

Got a missed call from Crown and Anchor Society number, called them back they said it was the "Resolution Department" that called me not them. They said someone would call me back and no one has.

 

I have a cruise that leaves Monday (Empress) anyone have any idea what this could be? A little concerned with 2 days out.

From the many thread on the most recent sailing it appears many rooms had ac problems too.

 

After everything I've read I would consider it a positive that it was canceled. It just doesn't sound like the ship was ready to sail.

Me, too, especially since I (and five friends/relatives) are booked on the now cancelled Legend/Suez Canal itinerary of May 2017 and disgusted with the pathetic "offer" we have received!

A cruise canceled over a year out is a lot different then a cruise canceled two days before sailing. I wouldn't expect anything canceled that far in advance where this canceling is much more impactful thus should receive decent compensation.

Sorry to hear that you room was canceled just before your cruise. If that would have been us we would have been on the road and never would have recieved the message. Wonder what they would have done if you never got the message and showed up at the port for your cruise?

As we normally travel to the port a few days in advance, as do many passengers, I wonder how they are going to handle those who appear at the ship expecting to board, only to be told that their cruise has been cancelled.

Last week my Rhapsody repo for 11/2017 was cancelled and I was very happy with my offer...

Not really lucky, we have a large group going that flew in from NY and Indiana. They flew in for my lady's birthday. Only our room is cancelled theirs are not.

 

We are only ones in JS they are all in OVs and Interiors.

 

 

Consider yourself very lucky.

100% refund + cruise credit for refunded amount. Doesn't help us though because as stated above everyone is coming for my lady's birthday and we are the only ones not sailing. They won't cancel everyone and give full refunds + credit they are uneffected.

 

 

 

 

I'm on the same sailing. Which deck were you on?
