Thanks Uncle Les a Pav or some trifle would be betterer even. Just a stupid sneeze attack, triggered some TIAs and a fall or three.

Had a great dressed pav for dinner last night, from Woolworths @ $10.   6 serves for normal people.  I decorated it with extra fruit, Woolies are a bit mean with their pavlova fruit.

When in UK, we stay in the odd Premier Inn, after all there are 1000 of them there.  Often you can get them for 29 quid a night.  They have pies, mixed grills and all sort of health food at sensible prices.

This would seem to be the right place to leave this link.

"The 2019 competition will be held at Fine Food Australia, Sydney International Convention Centre, 9-12 SEPTEMBER"

The big question is when do they advertise for the job of judge?

I have applied to be the judge of the GF pie section.  I want airfares on REX from/to Moruya and accommodation at Star City Casino but, with meals and booze supplied.😍

I don't think they do meals on REX.

Bottle of water and a packet of Jatz crackers on the 40 minute flight, Sydney-Moruya, but usually too much turbulence on those little planes to even serve that.   Lobster and Dom Perignon @ Star City.

If you become a high roller, they will spot you all of it.

I don't understand these tie breaker super over type scenarios.  Surely they should just keep having another super over with different batsmen until you get a result.

Either that or you get a pie and a pint each and eat / drink relay style until first team finishes.  You have the winner.

Had High Tea at Raffles a few years back. They had SAUSAGE ROLLS! I put a few on my plate and added some gravy from a gravy boat that was on the table. Started eating them and it was then I discovered it wasn't gravy but chocolate sauce! Still ate 'em. Yum.

Had high tea last week, kids had given it to mumfor mother’S day, but had to wait for school holidays as it was only for mid-week, wasn’t too bad sitting watching Newie Harbour nibbling on savouries, Santa’s and sweets, swigging Diet Coke.

I don’t understand why so many sports are having some issue with a draw, joint champions, whatever.

Agreed but I think at the end of several weeks and 11 ODIs each some needs to claim World Champions.  The bizaare count back was just a non event after a great match.

Nope I think it’s wrong to decide a match or a completion on the basis of one tiny part of the game, how is that fair to the team that did what the sport calls for in the t8me allocated?

. And if ODI matches must be decided on anyth8ng maybe who lost the least wickets to get that score,

I don't necessarily think any stand alone cricket matches need a winner, but there is a reason why the final of a competion is called a decider.

Other sports like tennis keep going until someone cracks.  This is not possible in cricket which is why a super over is a reasonable compromise.  However when the super over still can't find a winner, anything other than another tie breaker super over is totally anti-climactic.

For what its worth after that rant.  I agree wickets lost should be higher weighting than boundaries scored.
