They are tied with Boston and the Yankees for the wild card. All are 9 games back. I think this is the Reds year for a wild card in the NL. I've watched a few of their games and they seem to have the "It" factor. Good mix of young and old. In a small market town like Cincinnati, these kind of teams don't last long. Young talent moves to where the money is.

The Defeated is up next for us.

I'm not sure if they normally charge for the glass, but it was free this time. I thought they did normally charge, but I guess I'll find out in 2 days. Pina Colada was my first drink and they didn't ask if I wanted it in the special glass. The second time they did I have this glass/tumbler! I believe it was $8 (? or so?) with a fruit drink. I just wanted the tumbler. bar guy said it has to come with a drink. I have used it many times. It also serves a good ice bucket to cart ice from the machine to the room. And it is much bigger in real life than the picture...or is this the newer size now?

Rare Ozark_Kid Posted September 15, 2021 #30035 Share Posted September 15, 2021 I am posting for the first time from a phone. I am sure I will stick to the iPad most of the time. It's easier to type on the phone but I had to turn the zoom all the way up to read. I am enjoying the phone so far but there is so much to learn and so much to to get in order. It sort of reminds me of moving. So many passwords. It's not that bad getting website passwords but not easy for apps.

Rare Ozark_Kid Posted September 15, 2021 #30037 Share Posted September 15, 2021 There is a lot to learn about the camera but I tested the zoom at soccer practice yesterday. I am going to attempt to post 5 pics from the phone. The first 3 will be optical lense at 1x, 3x, and 10x. The next 2 will be digital zoom at 30x and 100x. You will not see it in the first pic but I will be zooming in on a barn up by the trees. 1x 3x 10x 30x 100x
Rare Sea Dog Posted September 15, 2021 #30038 Share Posted September 15, 2021 10x Looks really clean after that you start to get noise. Pretty typical of digital zooms but the optical zooms look great. Thanks for the examples.
Ocean Boy Posted September 15, 2021 #30039 Share Posted September 15, 2021 @Ozark_Kid @Sea DogI agree. The optical zoom looks great. However, for a 100x digital I think that is still very impressive. Thanks so much for the examples.

But this is what I expected. One thing I like about the digital zoom. There was someone sitting across the field that I thought I knew, zoomed in and saw that it wasn't 😃

Really no way of knowing if it even got replaced. At least not that I am aware 😪 I don’t know anything about androids, but iPhone Settings under Battery, you can see battery health, etc. When I had a battery replaced by a gnome in a tiny shop, I checked, and battery health went from 78 to 100.

It is from an Alzheimer’s Walk several years ago. The husband of a couple who we were on many cruises with and several land vacations was diagnosed with the illness in 2015 and we did the walk in his honor.

I wonder why the dog didn't bark to get her help when you were at the door, but then again, it was probably better he didn't bark. I hope her and her dog and doing ok now. We have no idea how long she was on the floor or why the dog did not bark.Unfortunately they both passed away. When our friend fell it was in June 2016.She broke a hip but the doctors at the hospital she was taken to felt that surgery was not an option for her.Instead she was transferred to a Rehab/Nursing facility. My wife and I went to be with her 3 times a week. She had a niece and family living in NJ ,they took the dog to their house but the dog became ill and died 6 months later. Our friend passed away in May 2017. She and my wife were both RN’s in a Brooklyn Hospital.

Most info about a person is public knowledge now. These sites will typically offer services for an additional fee to provide even more info like property records or criminal history. Some will even allow you to do a "reverse lookup", where you enter a phone number and it tells you who owns that number. The first time I was a victim of Identity theft was in 2001when there were many less ways to find personal info and my life became a living hell.
