The bonus photo does not seem to be geographically similar to the earlier photos which look like Gisborne NZ.

Right so   I think we can give to Bown54  for the correct answer of Gisborne NZ

For your info the First Bonus photo was of the road into Arkaroola in the gammin range SA

and the second one is paranala hot springs  ( they are hot and slightly radioactive thus no fingers )

Cheers Don

No worries here Don, one of your earlier questions indicated a visit to Gisborne so I was checking it is actually a logging port as shown in your photo.

Just a snappy one.

Was paddling in my waka In Australia and chanced upon

this Dainty creature.

Looking a bit skinny as his customary prey, “the grey nomad” has been largely absent this winter.

Please name the river.

It could be one of several rivers because there is nothing to indicate whether it is Far North Qld or NT. I will guess Daintree River.

Correct. That was a snappy answer. Hopefully the croc won’t be Dainty much longer.

Great clue - Dainty / Daintree.

As for their diet, I thought they preferred German backpackers over grey nomads as they taste the wurst.
