Loving your review.  Looking forward to more.

Just curious.  Were passengers "supposed" to be masked waiting on line in the terminal?  Many weren't and were not practicing social distancing.  Were there separate lines for vaxxed folks?

The "crowd" at the pool area looks like the perfect amount of people.  It must be brutally crowded at full capacity.

You look like you're having a great cruise so far.  Carry on!

Thanks.  We are really having fun.  I thought we were supposed to but we got to the door so quick I didn't notice if there signs.  I didn't notice separate lines but I assumed most are vaxxed.  I thought only kids under 12 are not vaxxed and I don't see many kids.

What seems funny is they put those circle spacers outside the doors of shows like 1977 Ice show. The first 4 or 5 groups are spaced out then no spacing.  Several do not follow protocol.  We sat 4 rows from the ice rink. On are row there was maybe one empty seat.  Don't get me wrong, I am not complaining at all.  Just saying.  At the end of the show they tell you how to exit spaced out but when all leaves its like the old days.

The 1977 Ice Show was really great tonight. I will have more on that later.  It's late and I'm headed to bed.  But before I go let me say one more thing about the steak tonight.  It wasn't as much of a car wreck as this....

Really enjoying your review and pictures!

The picture of your door reminded me that I need to find the magnetic hooks I bought a couple of years ago specifically to use on cruises. When I went to look for them to take on our Allure cruise a few weeks ago, they were nowhere to be found. We sailed without them. Would have come in handy a few times, so I want to find them before our next cruise.

I see in the pictures in the promenade,  staff wearing green vests. Who are they?  Are they mask police?

Those are the workers manning the muster stations and directing traffic ("ask me, I can help" vests).

If you look on either side of the smooshed red car, you can see the signposts with the station letter/number (E1-E4) on them.

My first dinner at Coastal Kitchen.  We enjoyed the lunch and were looking forward to dinner.  This night's menu attracted us with Lobster Salad and grilled Ribeye.

The Lobster Salad was good.  I would have enjoyed it more with some melted butter.

Then I ordered a medium rare Ribeye. I have to admit that it is hard for me to enjoy a Ribeye away from home.  This Ribeye might of been a 1/4 inch thick.  The TA's Ribeye was twice as thick!  😂. It was tender but I say it a little below average.

I enjoyed the desert.

Olive spread was real good.

And we enjoyed the view.  Later it started lightning and raining which was neat.

I had higher expectations.

Nice photos.

Shame the taste did not live up to the photos.

Thanks for posting your live review.

Graham.

Thanks.  I wasn't sure who he was pointing out.  That is where we did our muster drill.  It would be nice if it's done this way in the future.  It took no longer than 5 minutes.  We did not watch a video before going and they were fine with it.

Thanks Graham. You have been leaving good examples of pics!  Even though it didn't taste great, it didn't a bit dampen the fun we are having.  We are eating plenty of good food.  When ordering I thing, if I don't like something and I get hungry later, I am sure I will find food somewhere on the ship!

I had some very good tasting curry shrimp for lunch in the Windjammer.

OBVIOUSLY an anteater 🙂

There you go.  I believe that's it.  When we first came in I thought it was an attempt at an elephant.  I have an ongoing joke with the Grandkid's.  It started with me asking if they see an elephant let me know, I don't want them getting in the house.  Now elephants are special to us.

So glad that you decided to do this live!  Loving it.  Hopefully, CK gets better for you.

We enjoyed lunch there and the staff is great. The rest of the dinners are planned out.  Tonight is Wonderland and tomorrow will be our first night at the MDR.

I hope my experience with the steak doesn't discourage anyone from trying Coastal Kitchen.  Great atmosphere, very good staff and other food was good.  I should of went with the recommended veal.

Do my videos show. It takes awhile for them to load so if not I will not post anymore. When I see some in this post they are spinning.  I thought it might just be the stream causing the spin.  Here is is a sample from last night.

The video does show. I suspect it is very high def. as it buffers here in the hospital where we have pretty good wifi. That is probably why it takes you a long time to load it.

OB is correct.  Looks like you're recording at 1440p and 60 fps.  You might want to dial that back to 1080p and 30fps while on the ship.

What Bob says. It will smooth out at 1080 at 30fps.
