How long is it taking after a cruise at the moment to add your points

I have been back nearly a month and nothing has been added so far,  I know they normally would have done this within a week or two of you return but not what is happening now.  Normal is more than two years ago now.

It took about a week for our points to be added for our March sailings.     Since you are already a month out I would call the crown and anchor desk and ask them.

Go to your account online,   click on the circle in the upper right hand corner,  and click profile, then click "my loyalty"  , copy your membership number, the erase it and replace it, and save.   Your number should change.

Ours have also appeared 7 days after completion.

All of mine recently were added at 6 days.

Count us in with the approximately 1 week timeframe.  As others have mentioned I would contact C & A at 800.526.9723 with your booking number from that cruise to have them confirm.

Contacted the UK Crown and Anchor number so probably spoke to someone in Guatemala and they said it was all in hand and give it another week.

I checked and I got off Wonder OTS on April 15 and yesterday saw my points.

I got double for being solo in a Balcony too.

Solo cruisers do get an extra point per night as standard for booking as such.

Watch your points. Ours was wrong. We only got 1 point for 5 day cruise. In the process of getting that fixed. Who knows how long that will take. Take photos before each cruise.

6 days this time around.  Just got them today.  "Official" language is "It may take up to 10 days for recent cruise details and loyalty points to display after your cruise ends."

 

In the 8 solo cruises I've done, I've had to in call in each time to get my solo points.  (7x nights: 1 night point + 1 suite point + 1 solo point = 21).  Always received 14.  Easily fixed with a brief call.

 

Just got off a cruise last Sunday.  First time Royal has nailed it.  42 points.  Same base 21 points (nights, suite, solo, double-points promo) and they didn't mess this one up.
