I am happy to see that they change out the “intermission” show.  The SandArt lady is not there any more … this lady was AMAZING!

The show on Royal is just out of this world!  Again I just got off NCL so I am very appreciative of the Royal difference!

The soup has been superb… that mushroom soup is better than the one from Chops

Welcome Comedy Show … hosted by our cruise director Tom… I like him better than Mike already!  Michele Balan was supposed to be on Adventure of the Seas last month but she tested positive so I didn’t see her but I am glad I got a chance to see her on the Oasis because she is funny!  Can’t wait till the adult version.  Mike Palace was good too but he pick on the audience and told this lady she can’t record him???  I didn’t get that .

Compass… special permission granted for paper copy!  It really is easier to read this than go through the calendar… if they can make the compass a PDF file to open through the app then it would not be an issue.  NCL’s app gave you this option which made the paper copy obsolete.  Royal’s tech department need to work on this!

To get the paper edition my room steward had to call a supervisor… I think the paper edition is going to be history soon…

I did what the post card said and unfortunately that was the response so let see how long this will last… I no longer see a pile of compass on carts at night any more so…. Yet I keep get Art auction paper work

Hula hoop lady on ice!!  I was impressed because I can barely skate on ice so she’s got skills!

Day 2

 

I spent the morning at the Spa and by the time I was ready for lunch I thought Windjammer would be quick and easy… WRONG… it was a mess… I quickly changed course and went down to MDR for lunch ….civilized … no line … quick efficient prompt service… once again the soup was amazing … it also gave me the opportunity to chat with some of the crew that now see me as a regular on the Oasis 😂

Seeing someone work 16ish hula hoops on ice is not a daily occurrence for some.

I agree about fitting in with the theme because they are still advertising Princess and the Peas so that does fit much better.

We got 1 easy. I hope they don’t go away. App wrong again… saw that on Harmony sailing. Daughter wanted to do 3:45 bingo… I checked app and said “ no bingo”. She said it’s in the paper compass and cruise director mentioned it this morning on the tv channel. 
Just left promenade and yup signs being left out for bingo…
