Just caught up (again!) and I have to say,  you don't disappoint--pics and dialogue.

In regards to the earlier discussion on tipping, we went to fill out the form, while on the Equinox in October.   We were informed by guest relations that, yes, a tip of the amount you selected would be given to the specific crew member.  However, that individual wouldn't receive it for up to 2 weeks from the time the form was filled out and there is no mention of which guest issued the tip.  So, we decided to give out the cash tips in person and withdrew our OBC through the casino.

Thanks for the update.   In the past I would hear from the crew member within a day and they knew where it came from.    Different ship different protocols.

If anyone on this cruise can post copies of the Disembarkation Information Sheet I would be most grateful! It will assist in planning our February cruise disembarkation.

Haven't seen anything yet but sure it is coming shortly.

My app just pinged and said updated information on you Disembarkation.

I had a pop up that said my Disembarkation Time was 9:30 Group 60

But we are B2B.

How does one go about getting an assigned departure time and, if I may, how did you arrange your transfer to the airport?  We are leaving out of the Long Beach airport.  If we do self-assist walk off, does this even apply?

I don't ever remember getting a notification from the app, didn't happen on the Beyond last month. I guess I'm looking for information regarding self walk off and when that starts.

10 minutes later we were off paired up with 4 in each deep.  They said you needed a drivers license but just looked to see if all drivers had one.

We were paired off with a nice couple from Oklahoma City.

We passed a prison on way out of town.

Early morning as we had an 8:00 tour and lost an hour.

We decided to eat in our room.   While better than the Kelly TV table still cramped.

It has always seemed a pity to me that they don't use the standard hotel style folding tables for room service, if they can't actually have a useable table in the cabin.

... but then you have to deal with the lack of suitable seating as well of course...

Still loving your eye for color and composition in your photos, and that T-shirt is never going to get old... 🙂

We love Puerto Vallarta!! And I am enjoying your review!! I just booked an alcove on our March Solstice cruise . I am curious about how busy they have been? If you have some time to snap a couple picture of the alcove and maybe a list of what comes with the cabana .It been hard to locate information . I am  not sure if it is different on each ship or if it is just the different classes of ship ? I would really appreciate it !

if it's not too  much trouble, could you find out if they have automatic transmission, too?

They answer is NO.     They are 4 wheel drive stick on the floor.    At much of the time the drivers had to put into 1st gear  going both up and down some steep terrain.

I'll shoot a picture tomorrow.

So far I've not seen a single one being used.    The lawn has been packed at times watching the World Cup.
