They are just question gathering.  The PUP's normally come with watching the webinar itself.

I think the email was sent to Elite and above status members.  I sent the same question I asked for a previous webinar, which was never addressed:  bring back the welcome glass of bubbly when we board!

I don't see a need to submit a question as they probably wouldnt address it or it would come with kool aid loaded with sugar:)
