Yes there are hight requirements, but i dont know exactly. In Dec there are 10 to 15 Grad Celcius in the southern part of the med, without wind. So for the waterslides its normally to cool. I was on the world europa last week and only one day, the day in civitavecchia it was warm to slide. The rest of the cruise it was to windy, cold or two days it was raining. On Disney ships there is more place per pax. The World Europa is really to crowdet and there is not enugh place in the buffets, in the inside galeria and in the bars for all the people, when the ship is fully booked! Also the Yacht Club is to small especially the Restaurant and the Grill. I was on a a full december cruise in the YC and it was awful, really, never again!

The Teen Club and the Arcades, Slides are all on the MSC Website, and there are a lot of videos from the World Europa. In December its to cold to slide on the Waterslides in the Med. And the Christmas a New Year Eve Cruises will be full, and full the World Europa is not very funny, the Ship is to small for the amount of Pax. In the YC and also outside the YC. Its better to sail with her in a not holiday saison....

But this 3000 Prepaid Point can be an error? Prepaid is all what you spend on the cruise or prebooked before the cruise? My point are added 4 days after my last cruise on my Account.

The Buffet in YC on the World Europa is not on the Pool Deck, its one deck lower in front of the Ship and to small for the size of the YC. I don't like the YC and the YC facilities on the World Europa, is all to small for that amount of pax in YC.

Is this propaganda for your Youtube Channel? Speciality Dining on the World Europa is not so complicated that it will need a 23 min Video. There are the Speciality Restaurants: Butchers Cut, Sushi, Teppanyaki, a Fish Restaurant La Pescaderia, Hola Tacos, Chefs Garden Kitchen and then two Buffets and a Burger/Pizza Restaurant.

Also the casino on the World Europa is now smoking free! So good i hate that smell in the casino area. So here smoking is allowed in the Lanai Bar (inside and outside) and one some open spaces on the deck.

You can request lobster in the YC Restaurant for dinner, normally no problem. But a day ahead.

MSC is not a AI Luxury Line… The policy is clear, so no bring in alcohol for all.

They want that you buy more for a better suite with a lounge chair, not only a tip 🙂

Only cabins in YC and Aurea Suites have lounge chairs. So more you pay, more you get… its like other cruise lines!

The butler is included in the service fee. And MSC says an additional tipping is not desired. Its not like in the US on the ship.

Divina is an Fantasiaclass ship. All this older Ships have tubs in the YC.

No, the points for the cruises are the same. But the onboard spending and the prepaid items give also points and only for the person that paid this. So I have a lot more points than my husband and we are mostly on the same cruises.

Yes the patented perhaps the name. But MSC restart cruising after covid in August 2020 (!), more than a year before RCL and the other American lines. And he muster drill was since then with the video, the phone call and then deck wise to the muster station.

MSC were the first with "e-muster-drill". They re-startet in August 2020 cruising in the med and the e-muster-drill like today :-).

The World Europa is since last autumn in the med and made the same loop every week. So I don't know what's happen with some sailings in the med? Perhaps a group has chartered the ship or some cabins.

From 10 March there are free cabins on the same cruise departing from Genova. Strange! My Feb 17th Cruise is now showed als sold out, but some days ago there were a lot of cabins available. And also the day after from Civitavecchia are cabins available.

This week I booked a cruise for May 2024 and received a OBC 50 Euro, its not 9 months in advance.

How it works with Venice and Marghera. You check in a disembark at the Stazione Marittima di Venezia a Venice, then they transfer you by boat (like a vaporetto from Venice) to the Ship in the industrial Port of Marghera. You cant't embark oder disembark direkt to or from Marghera, you have to go to the Stazione Marittima in Venice. So the process will take more time then normal, the boat transfer from the Stazione Maritime to the port is 30 Min.

a 12.30 pm flight ist with an arrival time from 10am not possible. It will take more than 1 hour from the ship to the airport. And you have to be there 2 hours before your flight. From Marghera you can't take a taxi to the airport. You and your luggage will be transported by boat to the Venice Cruise Terminal in the city of Venice. That will take approximately 30 - 45 Min and then with the taxi 20 - 30 Min oder the boat 30 Min to the airport. So no chance for your flight.

But also on other cruise lines Kids/Teens are for free oder just for the port fees. Our next NCL Cruise is also so. In YC we, as a family with 2 teens, have a lot of good experience with other families, but on the last Meraviglia YC Cruise there was a family in the cabin next door. They are so loud, jumping in the room, crying on the balcony etc. so we changed cabins to an other part in the YC. It was not supportable in our cabin to relax or to sleep. It was a family with small children and we spoke with them, but they don't wan't to unterstand us, and we have the same mother language.... the say: we paid for YC, so we can do what we wan't and they don't want do unterstand English from the YC Manager. It was a really bad experience... never again please.

There is also a difference between US Cruises an European Cruises. US Cruises are cheaper and have more Solos I think. In the Med there are only a few solo cabins.
