Sometimes when you have a cruise booked it puts a block. Maybe they also put it on for cruisers with a long history. Who knows. It’s worth a try. I know it helped me. Never used to get anything several years ago but do now even when I have a cruise booked.

I agree with the previous poster. You aren’t missing anything. It used to be special but for the last few years not so much. I pretty much eat every night in specialty restaurants.

Registering on the site does zero. It you call the Mariners society ask if there is a marketing block on your account. If there is that could be the problem. Sales and promos seem to block Mariners pricing as well. For a long time I was not seeing Mariners pricing but when that ta called it was there. It was invisible to me. The last couple weeks I’ve been getting a number of Mariners pricing emails. It’s been years since I’ve received snail mail.

I’ve been know to wear gloves on transit. As soon as I get off the bus I throw my gloves right into the trash bin. New pair next time. I’ve seen my neighbor and she’s told me she uses them multiple times 🤮. They are not self cleaning. I clean my phone multiple times a day. I wonder how many people do that after it’s been in dirty hands.

The whole thing sucks for sure. That said I do know a couple where the wife was Covid free and the husband tested positive. She flew home. They would be around the same age. I think if you decide to stay unfortunately that is on you. I could see it if she’s disabled, that’s totally different.

For years I heard how good it was. Had it several years ago at a place that had really good reviews where I live. It was meh. Certainly not worth the calories.

I don’t think they will do that. For a time period they charged for additional entrees in the mdr on a couple ships. That went down in flames but apparently the burn healed and hal is ready to get burnt again.

It’s been my experience that it has been the same limited menu for a while. That said I have not done the pop in since the start up. While I feel it is good it’s just not the same as the stand alone. Even that one took a while to grow on me. It’s my favourite now.

Yes, of course it is. Seems there is a lot of commonality here. Some people are happy to eat beans and wieners and think that is gourmet. Others are more accomplished and expect more when paying an up charge.

You are right about it changing. No I’m not trying to start a debate either. I just thought I was missing something. I’m just happy when people have been vaccinated period. It’s a personal choice after that. Thanks for the answer.

Sometimes they seem to get lost. I usually get one but there have been times when I didn’t. My pcc that I used at the time rectified that. I had a b2b cruise last March and the first part had a lot of issues that partly carried into the second week, I wasn’t complimentary on the first survey but they did send a second one after the second week. I had cooled down by then.

What are all the problems? I’m not a person that watches the news and google didn’t turn up a lot either. I’ve had two boosters so far.

I don’t think you are in the clear if you don’t have checked bags. I read the Canadian board on occasion and it seems to happen when you go through customs which makes sense.

It’s never worked for me even though I’ve given my room, reservation number and name. They assure me it will be done but never is.
