if the bath towels in the toom are thin and scratchy..we take 2 pool towels. AQ Class had plush aqua colored towels for a brief period, and then they vanished by our next cruise. I spotted them on a cart and was told they were for suites ...

they used to have a golf simulator on X. dh tried it...was fun. Can u just do one acticlvity or must a group rent the room???

it would maybe be nice if they are free.. and does not further slow service...It is already overcowded as a " coffee and tea" and card player place.. the sandwiches at the Grand Bistro on E class are great but upcharge... mostly no charge at EDEN cafe.

best advice already given is to take the tour and then decide sounds like the free "dry" saunas have been changed but you can check them out...they had a nice view.. we prefer steam but skip PG on M Class ships..S Class area is the nicest! E Class is ok but not great. esp the heated lounger area! too sunny.

early check.in means you may catch the end of the breakfast buffet??? that hotel is one of the closest to the port so easy peasy! great location! curious if the planned reno has been completed..or started..They told us last yr they had big plans ahead!

with our cred card company, once we filed the dispute, we received an immediate provisional credit back to the card. Shortly afterwards, the dispute was resolved in our favor and the credit was made permanent. filing the dispute seemed to speed things along with X...

what hotel? some have free or low fare group shuttles..may take awhile to load everyone..but they get into the port nicely..no meter..fixed fee we pre order a taxi if we don't have our car.. we usually stay close to the port entrance.

on the BEYOND we thought the area had an odd layout .being a long rectangle without any focus . It seemed sterile despite some nice decor items. Just not cozy or inviting at all. More like a waiting rm than a RETREAT. They might make a small glass enclosed library area within the Retreat on E Class, that has a few computer stations, soft music, dart boards, game tables for chess, checkers, backgammon, billards etc Or include a self serve wine or coffe bar.. Those are amenities we enjoy at our Community Social Hall In Fl and might make it more of a draw

Some may have health reasons. I am Type 2 diab and like to keep my meal times consistent. Before dining options started to be offered, we got stuck with late seating once or twice..It was awful.. We would eat a mini meal/ appetizer at the buffet and then a light dinner. We go to sleep early (rise by 6 am to walk), so a large late dinner is unhealthy as it lays in your gut. wish we could be more carefree but follow what works best for us!

in Fl and LA I actually had to help folks call their driver with directions to the port.. and in Spanish no less! All drivers are not equal. (My son in law does it part time...mostly for local airport surge..or special promos for drivers) Whatever works!

did you try the World Class Bar?.. we had great service and from some tables you can overlook all the Martini Bar action..without all the noise! Was our go to!

cabs are plentiful in Ft Lauderdale and fares are zone controlled. We do not use Lyft or Uber! Also many Sports Bars...where are you staying post cruise? . There are a few along 17th..and we like Quarterdeck at several.locations ( not sure if its sports bar per se) BON VOYAGE!

i thought the dining rms had the same menu except for a few specialty dishes unique to each one... That's how it was on our "early" EDGE sailing and we made res for each night before we sailed
