Has anyone brought this up at Q and A sessions or social events with hotel or engineering staff? Is there a fix ? We have to save up for cruising nowadays due to rising costs. It would be a shame to do that only to be stuck with a creaking cabin.. Cutbacks and extra charges can be worked around but the creakers ....that would ruin a cruise.esp if there are no places to move to..

sending pos thoughts your way. hope the stoppage of flts taking off is short duration.. .I recently lucked out on short trip week of Jan 1st.. just missed getting messed up by the SW air debacle on my way to NY and the previous faa snafu in Fla on my return we are on the W Coast of Fl..some flts landing but none taking off day ahead is a smart move

That's crazy ! The lobster served in Luminae recently on Beyond was not close to being worth the price..it was tiny..yes tasty, but a mini for sure! I think they gave 2.. And an extra service chg makes no sense unless it was in a specialty venue.

Agree... we were quite disappointed in Luminae compared to BLU.. Another option..splurge to join your friends at a Specilty Restaurant.

Great Choice for a b day cruise..Yay! No flight worries, great ship even after all these yrs, premier cabin and BLU. BLU is our fav choice....we enjoy the personal sevice, menu choices, quality of food and ambiance. You can be social or pvt..your choice! So much to do in Bermuda...have fun choosing! The port is not our fav, but with car service it should not make any diff

Us too..we trade the big heavy ribes for the waffle style,, (For in rm use only..op will need a beach shift for pool and thermal suite area)

Is there a sandwich station..burgers, pizza..?

We like AQuaclass generally, but did not care for BLU on EDGE...bad location, no views, loud acoustics..,,( all corrected on BEYOND) We much preferred the 4 mdr plan on EDGE., Unless you are a Thermal Suite person I would not do the bid on EDGE,..

We also stayed at Emb Suite before a cruise on BEYOND in Nov 2022. Had not stayed there in awhile., Sadly it is tired, worn and old..Our room had alot of dust and broken furniture but a good view of our car in the self park lot. They say it will have a complete refurb next year but we will avoid it til we know the project is completed., Breakfast buffet was still very good. Will be following this review... we enjoyed BEYOND..

following this excellent review..thanks for sharing. The Tuscan seafood lunch plate seems a bit skimpy for the price but seafood costs are high....sometimes way more than Prime beef. We had the tiny lobsters in Luminae on BEYOND ... they were surprisingly quite tasty! hope you continue to enjoy!

We will not order rm service. Have done it once or twice per cruise for bkfst but not at that price( plus tip?)! The.charge for delivery of usually cold food and often incomplete orders is just not worth it.. There will be more folks carrying and spilling food and coffee in the elevs...

oceanview is good when you get back late from a port day/ excursiion...or a day when one needs a break from regular dining other than NEVER eating Tilapia, we will manage..Burgers would be nice..

We won't miss the welcome bubbly, or afternoon canapes... We will manage with reduced menus and buffet items... IF the food quality remains good. It was EXCELLENT in BLU on Beyond..but we found Luminae was over rated!

Hi Charla It was great sailing with you on BEYOND..short cruise but we loved it. We enjoyed our first ever suite (used all our fcc from cancelled cruises) but we did not care for Luminae compared to BLU.. We decided AQ is a better value for us and booked that for ASCENT.. We'll miss the priority on and off perks but will enjoy BLU and the Thermal Suites Looking forward to your comparative review! Hcat and Sal
