  1. @Tishntez Keep in mind that you have to be able to handle all of your luggage without help. There are stairs and and escalator (either one) that you will have to go down. There is an elevator, but it can be be a wait because of wheelchair, etc. users.

  4. I just discovered (after someone mentioned it here) that DH's Captain Circle # has been changed. Likely why he can't log in the regular way...he now has 2 accounts! Not sure if we should contact the Medallion fixers, main Princess line, chat or ???
  5. Not exactly stuck. But keep in mind that the stewards don't always stay in the same section. They are rotated (MDR waiters also rotate). It's management that makes the staffing decisions prior to each cruise.
  6. Just ask when on the ship. The staff on Discovery told us they would be open. It may be that it depends on the ship.

  10. The quickest way is to call. If your OBC doesn't show up in a reasonable time and you can pinpoint the method you used to send your info, date & time. They can look it up and apply it while you're on the phone with them. I had to do that a few years back and it worked (pre-Covid, of course).

  13. Yes. Just contact the CVP. I had an issue with the Medallion. TA that I used (not the past tense, I fired her for other reasons) was no help. The Medallion helpers were no help. I contacted a CVP (after figuring out what his name is from a thread that got deleted because posters were naming names or giving very strong hints). Contacted him and he fixed it. I don't get any extra OBC or better prices, but the service is outstanding.
  14. I didn't like the OJ. Maybe, I should have had a mimosa to hide the taste.😂 Unfortunately, I don't drink, so I had tomato juice.
  15. I agree. It was very quiet when we went there. Usually only 1 or 2 tables with diners.
  16. No. The only way to get a CVP is to call Princess or sometimes when you first start booking, you'll get an email from a CVP inviting you to contact him/her.
  17. Yes, Princess can finish your booking. If you want to use a TA, you might have to finish the booking first. A TA that I stopped using, for many reasons, always wanted me to finish the booking first. The price for the hold will stay the same and the OBC will be honored. As @Steelers36 pointed out, you can use your Future Cruise Deposits when completing a booking online. BUT if you have the glitch that I have...for some reason when I do a booking online, I'm either not offered a box to check for FCD or it won't recognize that I'm trying to use it. 9 times out of 10 I have to call Princess to finish the booking.
  18. Here's the Suite breakfast door tag and a pix of one of the items I had twice in Sabatini's (delicious!). That white blob on the potatoes is a poached egg. I requested medium-well (otherwise it's too runny for me)
  19. Since I can't get on my accounts with the Medallion (total FUBAR that hasn't been fixed yet), I asked my CVP to order it for me. Had to pay full price with a refund to OBC promised when on board. He says it's a glitch in their system that they're trying to fix. TRYING TO FIX??? They've had almost 2 years, who are these jokers? Kindergartners? No, wait...that's an insult to the kiddies. They could probably fix it in 10 minutes.
  20. All cabins can order bkfst from room service. There will be a door hanger card in your cabin to order items OR you can use the app on your phone OR the TV in your cabin OR call room service. Some have had luck writing in a request for items not listed (I think it was @Thrak who ordered bacon and got it). There used to be a McDonald type egg muffin, but it's not on the menu. Got the menu from Google and didn't notice how old it was...could be new or very, very old. Note: also in April there there was no option on the app or TV to order regular coffee and hot water for tea. We had to use the door hanger or call room service. I thought that was strange, how did they neglect to put that on the app/TV?
  21. Not a good idea...if you wait until closer, reservations will be harder to get. Do it now and change once on board (if necessary) or just plan on walk-ups.
  22. You're really persistent. I gave up. Found a work around and just use that.
  23. That was my thought...and a lot of empty tables or tables for 4, 6, 8 with only 2 people.
  24. Next time, if you can't get through to room service, leave a note for your steward. I made a list of the items I wanted to exchange for other items and left it on the desk (planning to call later in the day) and when I came back from lunch the exchange had been made. If you have a good steward, he/she will do the contact for you.
