I was working on the website when that notice appeared! My DD suggested that I broke it!:')

At first I didn't know what the heck you were talking about. But I wanted to check on something on an upcoming cruise and got the same message. I wonder if someone hacked all of Princess.com? Never seen wording like that before... for any site.

Too funny. We checked and got the same message. My guess is that they are doing a major software (or hardware) upgrade which would not be unusual to do on a weekend night.

Wow is right!! That sure is strange to see!

So glad I printed my boarding passes less than two hours ago for our cruise in two days[emoji33]

The message has now been changed to indicate that Princess is upgrading the site. It is expected to be back on line by 11:30 PDT tonight.

I doubt it would materialize until they brought the website back online.

That is so odd! I'm still getting the "unusually high volume" notice. :D

I opened the latest email offer and received the internet hold. So funny.

Also glad I printed out our passes for our upcoming cruise.

Edited to add, if upgrading, I do hope everything works. RCI upgraded maybe a month ago and I’m still locked out of my crown and anchor login - figure they don’t want my business.

It's like the Princess Ocean Medallion program. This could take a while. ;)

The screen never goes away. However, the web site is now up, just refresh or open a new browser tab.

The "Please hold..." message is back. I was in there a little while ago and all was well then it broke again

Hank I think I have the answer? Princess has the same Guys working on this problem and trying to fix the

Ocean Medallion at the same time. :eek:
