You, too? This is the first time someone has similarly described what happened to me as well. That really must be what’s happening. As a software engineer, I can imagine the database queries or programming logic that could easily fail here, but that RCI has such a horrible problem with their systems is baffling.

A few years ago, when I was doing one of my email address cleanup rounds with Crown & Anchor, along with my address on a few family members’ or friends’ accounts due to joint bookings, it was also on the account of a young woman, a complete stranger to me, who lived in Australia! I can’t figure out how that happened. My email address is at a custom domain used only by my immediate family. 🤔

It’s a mess. Late last year my mom booked a cruise for herself and my dad.  A week later RCL was trying to call ME about something and called HER cell phone.  Her cell number was only gotten a week or so before she booked her cruise and had never been attached to any reservation I was involved in.  No idea how it got attached to me.  The same thing happened last month when we were in Florida dealing with testing positive on Odyssey.  They were trying to call hubby or I and they ended up calling my sisters cell.  Again no idea how it got attached to us.

The best one however was the 2 times they had my husbands mailing address as some random address in Michigan.  We have never cruises with anyone from the states before so not sure how the heck that happened.

Do you have a rating on Celebrity?  If you do, bring your last seapass card and see if the casino host will match it.  If you don't have a card showing free drinks, you would have to earn 2500 points to get free drinks for 2021 program which would entitle you to 2022-2023 program.  There is also a new program until March 31st, if you get 800 points in the casino you will get prime rating beginning April 1st for free drinks all of 2022 until March 31, 2023.

I will try that thanks. Do you know if they will give you freeplay based on your tier as well? or a % of your last cruise?

I think that some people here might be confusing 2 different items:

1. Currently, Club Royale is offering a certificate for a free interior room  for earning 800 points during the course of one cruise. As far as I know, it's still going on and the list of available cruises is published on the back of the certificate and at the Club Royal offers website, once one earns that certificate.

2. It's been reported on at least one FB group, and here on CC, that Club Royale is going to be allowing people who earn 1500 points to become Prime, if they earn them between June 12, 2021 and March 31, 2022. Current Prime members (and up)  will keep their status for the next casino year anyway (April 1, 2022 - March 31, 2023.)

This is the PDF of the Club Royale letter that has been making the rounds here and on FB. 82782934_Clubroyalestatusletter.pdf

We were on the Harmony two weeks ago and the host did advise us when we checked points towards the end of the cruise that they had just received word that current tier levels would be maintained through March 2023.  Now I don't have to get roughly 8,000 points during my Oasis cruise in March to maintain my Signature status.  With all the posts this makes sense.  I just wish they would get me back on their emailing and offer list.  I haven't seen anything from CR in over a year but when I call they tell me I am eligible for many offers.

Do you get offers on this website?     I never get emails from the casino but check this website on a weekly basis for new offers.

I seems that most offers are based off your last play.    i.e. DH earned over 5600 points on last cruise and he got offer for a Jr Suite with $300 freeplay.

My offer was for a OV balcony with no freeplay and I earned 1896 points on that sailing.

I haven't seen as many freeplay offers as I did last year.

FYI you need 1500 points by 3.31.22 to get prime rating unless you already are prime.

The 800 points was a special they were running (may still be running) that offers you a free cruise (not free drinks or prime status).

Have them check to see if your email is associated to other C&A numbers.  That is what keeps happening to us.  I think it happens when we book rooms for other people or put other people in our cabin with us. Our emails get associated to their C&A and it gums up the whole works

This happened to me as well I always assumed it was because I was Canadian. I use to get emails but then they suddenly stopped. I tried several times to get it fixed but eventually just gave up. I just go to the website now.

We still get no offers to our email, even though I changed mine to a different one from my husbands 3 yrs ago or so. Back then, they told us, he has to have his own to get the casino offers, even though I dont play at all.  But he does get the offers on the club royale offers site, & finally are getting the regular mailed flyers again! Once in a while, he will get a casino offer emailed from a Royal host that was assigned to him.

On Oasis last week, my husband got an free cabin offer again on the first day, based on his previous play, with free play. And if we book at nextcruise on the ship, they'll double the freeplay if he earns 8,000 during the week . It was very easy & convenient booking at next cruise.  The amazing thing was that I went to book it there on Tues, Feb 22' 22, &  I paid $222.22 -the port charge amount!!

Their page seems to cache the content incorrectly sometimes. What I've found works is that after I "View Itineraries" for one offer, I re-click the "Lookup" button above. That resets the page and then I can see the next offer I want to check out.

I'm not sure that's exactly what you're seeing, but it may be something worth trying.

I think they actually just loaded the wrong files.  After I saved the original lists, I went back later and the links to view itineraries were gone.  When they came back the correct lists were there.  That is Royal IT for you

So we already had an inside on Mariner in Aug, from a bounce back in fall, that I used the money, instead of the list, to get one within a year.  3 days ago, got an offer for a balcony & that cruise was listed. Called & changed cabin. Today we get the March offer & same cruise was on it, now with $400 casino freeplay. So called today, & changed it to that offer.

Yes, but couldn't fit a new Royal one in anyway. Royal only has them up till Sept.'22 His offers from Princess & Carnival extend thru 2023.

Here’s what I have currently at www.clubroyaleoffers.com. It looks like I’ve been downgraded from junior suites to balcony cabins. Given my point total (barely double-digits of points for all of last year), I’m surprised to be getting these.

I'm still getting free offers. I had thought about using my free Prime cruise for the President's Cruise, but that sailing was included in one of my offers. I booked it. Then I checked for air and was surprised to see those prices have doubled.

I believe the free Prime Cruises are for any cruise up to 8 nights, so Wonder should be available.
