Anyone recently sailed in a suite on Wonder of the Seas?  We sail June 19 and haven't heard from the suite concierge yet.  Very unusual given we have always received an email from the suite concierge the beginning of the week before our sailing.  Is this typical for Mediterranean cruises?

We just came off the Oasis in May.  There were two concierges in the Suite Lounge: Nadia Escobar Paez & Kateryna Ivashchenko.

That's interesting -- Junior was the Suite Concierge during our April 24, 2022 Harmony cruise.

He was our suite concierge on our May 14, 2022 Allure, 

 

 

With RCI he has two roles

 

He told us that they are short on concierges and have at this time enough genies.

Soon when the current genies get their breaks, more spots available.

 

If he was adamant about staying as a genie, he had to extend the time till his next break.

So, he is going to be on our August cruise as a concierge in the suite lounge.

Then after his break, he will decide, genie or stay as concierge.

He said he is leaning to genie.

Don’t know if my response is too late for you, but Maria is a concierge on Adven. of the Seas.

 

Any thoughts on what a fair email response time is for a suite concierge for a pre-cruise question within a week of sailing?
