Chas, as slow as coffee service is in the restaurant on SS for breakfast, I can only imagine how much slower it would be if the servers started taking guests’ selfies to print in the foam.

I sometimes get my coffee in Panorama and then take it down to LT to save time.

We have been visiting a great local butcher shop for the past month or two. I've known about it for years but never made the effort; that was a really dumb move on my part because their stuff is amazing.

 

@FlyingScotSailors and @UpstateJan do you know about Fred the Butcher? Worth the trip. Yesterday we bought some veal chops and today I cooked them with a mushroom cream sauce, served with Spatzle.

 

 

Now off to enjoy the view of the full moon,  from the hot tub in the sunroom. With some Hendrick's Lunar Gin! It goes well with Elderflower tonic.

That’s a great idea!  I think when we’re on the Moon I’ll get one to go from the Arts Cafe since our suite will be on the same floor and bring it with me to the restaurant.
