Yes, I think it looks like a veal chop too.

I am sure that there was a veal chop on a previous menu but perhaps that was in Prime C ( with anchovy butter , though I may have imagined that) ?

Not lately on a menu but you could ask for one with 24 hours notice so  the chop could be taken out of the freezer the next morning.  Could have it grilled, pan-fried, or pounded and schnitzeled.

Veal Chop - demi glace reduction :classic_biggrin:

I'll have that and the carpaccio for a starter, with a side salad.  If this is Italian, how are the canolis for dessert?

I like the look of the beef carpaccio too with the straw potatoes and cherry tomatoes.  Just adds a little bit more to the dish.  Hopefully it will taste good as the previous incarnation was my favourite.

Bonnie, I know this post is Journey specific. Can you tell me if this Aqualina menu has been rolled out across the fleet?

Hi Phil,

the new Aqualina menu is currently only being tested on Journey, and just recently on Pursuit.

If I'm on the Quest in October, is it safe to say it will be on there at that time?

I'd like to book one of the specialty dining plans that include a Chef's Table, but they all seem to make you include Aqualina.  Would they allow you to do Chef's Table and Two Prime C nights instead?

I believe that you can choose which of the restaurants you attend when you book a package.
