Glad it worked! I was excited I was able to troubleshoot myself without asking DH lol. I am not very "techy".
Fouremco Posted February 28, 2020 #27 Share Posted February 28, 2020 Safari, my go to browser, is still a frozen mess when looking at the Boards but is fine elsewhere in Cruise Critic. Switching to a Private Window solves the problem, as does using Chrome.

Michidoeme Posted February 28, 2020 #30 Share Posted February 28, 2020 Had same problem on phone and PC. now tried different approach : google CC roll calls, open one cruise, then click on top right where also messages show and select forums. Like this I get in everywhere without doubling

davekathy Posted February 28, 2020 #33 Share Posted February 28, 2020 CC is working fine for me today on my laptop (PC), Windows 10, Google Chrome. Last night CC would only work for me using Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer.

I had to use Explorer in order to get it to work correctly. Prefer Chrome, though so hope it gets fixed soon. If you haven't found a cruise would recommend a hard re-boot. I had something like that happen last week and after a full hard reboot all returned to normal.
BridgeMates Posted February 28, 2020 #37 Share Posted February 28, 2020 The Help desk told me to clear my browser history. I did and things seem to be working again.
Luvcrusn Posted February 28, 2020 #38 Share Posted February 28, 2020 I had the same problem yesterday on my default browser (Chrome) but not on Edge or Mozilla. I emailed the CC help desk and they suggested I clear my cookies and cache. I did and all is well, except I'm noticing the site is working much slower than usual. jpsykes Posted February 28, 2020 #39 Share Posted February 28, 2020 Like others I had the issue with Chrome but Microsoft Edge worked fine. Chrome worked if I brought up an incognito session. Deleting/clearing browsing history solved the problem with Chrome.
DeltaOne Posted February 28, 2020 #40 Share Posted February 28, 2020 Safari here. My fix was to delete the Cruise Critic cookies (Preferences, Privacy, Manage Website data, do a search for "Cruise" and then delete any items it finds). You'll have to log in on your next visit.
