I can see 3 casino Comp offers in my online acct Espiring end of Feb., and No way to book

without the "Campaign Codes! 

They are Not being sent to me.

I called and got Another person who said,  It looks like Casino Dept hasn't

released the offers Yet.  Give it a few more days.

Its like delay, delay........Here we go again..... 🤨

I just accidentally permanently deleted a VIP offer.  There are 2 in my personalizer.  I have a casino cruise this next week. Can the host help me get the offer back?   I spent all week on 3 other casino cruises that the call center messed up.   They don't seem to know what they are doing and it takes days to get in touch with them.  I was constantly disconnected today.   I have many empty promises on fixing their mistakes and everything is escalated but nothing gets done.

email came today regarding the vip cruises.  free cabin, no plus package, bonus free play

Thank you, I received the email and a snail mail with the same offer today.  Only problem is that I cannot get through to the call center.  Been trying all day.

if you send email, they will honor the offer, even if it expires before they get back to you since you tried to book something.

I always call right at opening in the morning

put in your princess #, your offer #, the dates of the cruise you are interested in, leave a phone number - they have called me back.

detail the offer as much as you can - and the expiration date of the offer

Roxie, did you do this recently?  Someone posted on the Princess forum that this email is no longer monitored.  I'll give it a try. What can I lose. Thank you.

Something is definitely going wrong @ Princess Cruises Casino department.  I called to cancel a cruise two weeks ago.  After waiting about an hour for a callback, I spent 15 minutes trying to get it cancelled.  The agent said I would have my refnd in 10 to 14 days.  After two weeks, the cruise was still showing as booked, so I called again today.  Today's agent said the cruise was still booked and there were no notes that it was to be cancelled.  Crazy!

 

So.... I told him to go ahead and cancel it.  He said he had to escalate it to a special team to cancel and that it would take up to 14 days to cancel.  What ****!  They are obviously just trying to slow roll cancellations so that they can hold on to my money (approx. $3k) as long as possible.

 

There also no longer appears to be a dedicated Casino team.  The people who answer the calls are now called "Navigators" (you can't make this up) to help you.  They appear to just be offshore call center employees.  I really think we deserve better than this!

 

Sorry, I needed to vent.

I have been asking this same thing - where did my casino rate discount code go? Out of the blue, all itineraries I price come at the published rate rather than free as I was getting. Nobody seems to be able to help and I am no longer receiving them via snail mail.

Its taken close to 3 months for me to Hopefully get my email restored.

Only gotten one Princess Players Club email so far.  Wheres the rest?

 

Finally got a call today, reply to an email I sent Weeks ago.

Time will tell if it gets corrected, before more casino offers expire, expire, expire..

 

In the meantime, I've been trying to weed out Which phone #'s get the actual

Casino dept.  instead of out of country call center "Navigators".

They TRY, but really have no power, to Fix many things that need fixing.

 

You are usually get put on hold while they discuss with Whoever.

I need to talk to the Whoevers, and not the newbie Navigators!

If I get the "escalate" BS,  I've learned thats code for, delay delay and nobody calls back

or does anything. 

 

I wonder if ANY of Princess casino dept is left? 

 

I would like nothing better than to say how fabulous Princess Casino Dept is.

I'm actually having the same issue now after I booked my last Prestige cruise. They are no longer sending me emails with offers even though I see them in my account.

Sorry some of you going thru the Same thing!

 

Its almost like Casino dept. turned us Off email/snail mail....... so we stop booking our offers.

Then Why have them listed in our online Princess accounts?

 

Why can't Casino reservations book them & insist on a Campaign Code?

Cuz if you Don't get email or snail mail, you Don't have a campaign code.

Cannot book, and they Cannot See what the offer is?  Come on! 

It shouldn't be this hard!

Princess Casino dept. is NOT making it easy to book!

 

This has taken way too much time & detective work.

At this point, I continue pursuing My offers, like a rash on Casino depts butt!😏

Interesting. . . I booked and paid my taxes and fees for a casino offer via phone and have never gotten a confirmation/statement although my personalizer clearly shows I am booked on the cruise.  And I get emails about dining and excursions.  Nothing to do but wait for all of us, I guess!

I REALLY,really didn't want to be another negative post about Princess casino offers and casino bookings,but it seems it is now MY turn to join in!  I called the casino center number this morning @ 8:30AM and got the message that it would be at least a 30 minute wait or they could call me back and i wouldn't lose my place "in line". I chose call back and they did call me about 9:30AM. My first inquiry was to see if they could tell me what the offer for $750 freeplay is (expiring Mar.1st).I haven't received anything in the snail mail or email for that much $$. The agent said he couldn't see it on his computer and so we both said maybe? that is an error? Anyhow, I wanted to book the offer that came under the door on the last day of my Discovery cruise last month. It has to be booked by February 28,it's an inside cabin and includes Princess Plus w/the beverages, grats,wi fi,and $150 freeplay.It could be up to 12 day cruise but has to be sailed by August 12,2023. I THOUGHT things were going great, the agent repeated and repeated what we were booking! When I opened the booking summary AFTER saying good bye, he booked me with $750 freeplay, and inside cabin BUT NO Princess Plus amenities. So I called back and waited another 45 minutes for the call back and got somebody who kept putting me on hold,coming back every 10-15 minutes to say he was still waiting for a supervisor! What IS going on there? Are 40 agents sharing 2 computers and 2 telephones?? I asked to have the correct booking summary with ALL the correct things showing under special services . He asked me to check and see if I had it NOW! There wasn't anything new sent,just the original summary. He said to check back in 10-14 days..."I assure you it is there now"!! Sorry to be so long winded with this, but many of you know how frustrating this is! I HOPE to be going on the 10 day partial Panama Canal on March 22,2023 and getting to use the offer ...the only one that has the plus package! That's the main reason i was booking this cruise now!

Thanks, for posting.  Believe me, None of us Wants to be posting anything negative.

I felt like the biggest rah rah for Princess casino offers there ever was.

Rallied several casino whales, (or at least dolphins) to give Princess a try, yada yada.

 

But Now with the wheels falling off?  No way I will be doing that anymore!

Between Not getting my email  or snail mail offers for offers that are clearly in our accounts?

And Not being able to book them?  Its been a lesson in futility!

 

I could have written much of what you said!

I also was told I didn't have Princess Plus (which I was Always given before) and only

a cabin and guess what.... $750 FP.   Hmmmmm

 

But once I got thru the grueling booking process with the Call Center newbies, like You experienced?

And I found out it Didn't have Plus perks anymore? 

I said NO thanks.  Cancel!

And then I cancelled another cruise this summer, mostly cuz I'm pissed.

 

Looks like we will be making some Vegas trips this year.

We get treated very well and NO Call center or email drama!

so I have a question about casio offers maybe one of you can help me with..If I go online to search for a cruise it gives me prices when I am logged in, showing lower prices and free but when I am logged out the prices are higher..how do I know which offer they are basing the prices on when I am logged in?? I found one that we wanted to book and called my travel agent but the prices she quoted were like $2200 dollars more than what I found..I don't understand which offer they are using on the website..

I’ve found using the web site seems to increase the price.   If I chose one of the $0 offers, and add Princess Plus  it comes to over $2000.  As far as I know the package is now $60 pp/ day.   That is far less than the amount they are charging.   Guess I’ll continue to book over the phone
