Name of new Azamara ship?

I voted for Discovery.  It sounds good and should fit in nicely.  The other suggested names are okay but I think we would all get a little tired of the Star Wars references if they used the Forth.

I voted for Forth.  There are (or were) too many “Discovery” vessels out there and it’s not original enough IMHO.

Unfortunately the very rude slang phrase in the UK containing the word “Forth” pushes me to Discovery.

I am not sure a ship named the same as the dining room is right- but maybe they will rebrand the name of the main dining room.  I must have led a very sheltered life.....I do not know the phrases but I am sure someone will enhance my education in due course

To be honest, I don't really care what the name of any ship that I sail on is.  Makes no difference to the cruising experience.

Discovery gets our vote - can’t imagine saying ‘I’m going to cruise on the Forth’ (why not fifth or sixth)  or ‘I’m going to cruise on the Onward’.

I rather like the pun of Forth for the fourth ship in the fleet.

You are very naughty!😄. I hadn't even thought of that!😇. I was thinking along the lines of the eight R ships. Pacific Princess was R3. Shame not R4 (Oceania Sirena). That would have been a perfect storm!

Well of course it doesn't, unless the ship is refurbished in a different way, but it's still nice to speculate.

Can’t stop thinking of Blackadder goes Forth and Onward just doesn’t work for us.

Whatever the name is we will get used to it and hopefully get to cruise on it.

Pursuit was named after the daily paper so they have history.

Again I say, as I've been bleating ever since 2009, why doesn't Azamara send marketing emails to me??  Confirmations of products purchased, yes, but no generalized emails.  If anyone has an extra ballot, go ahead and toss my vote towards Discovery.  IMO it's the best fit with Journey, Quest, and Pursuit.  Thanks!

I do hope that they do not adopt the Baldrick menus in the restaurants - that would certainly be a retrograde step (Rat au Van or dungy raisins anyone?) I know people complain about cruise ship coffee, but any Blackadder fans will be thankful that Baldrick is not your Barista - trust me on this!

So if they call it Discovery and change the name of dining room what other name changes should be made? Maybe the bars or events. How about changing white night to something?
