Smoking Area on Millennium

Is there a small area on the Millennium that's designated for smoking? I know on the Infinity there was a small area on the starboard aft side of the pool deck that was used. RCCL's Brilliance of the Seas had a similar area, starboard side aft portion  of the pool area. Thanks.

All Celebrity ships have designated outside smoking areas. The designated smoking areas will be published in the Celebrity Today. Unlike RCL, Celebrity dose not allow smoking in their casinos.

And normally, all the M-Class ships have smoking in the same area, so what you had on the Infinity should be the same for Millennium. But of course, no one has been on board for over a year so things can and will change, but there will be some area set up.

Smoking, cigarettes, vapes, pipes, cigars, (at one time cigars and pipes were only allowed in one location) used to be on the port side of the ship.

Deck 4 to service the casino, theatre, and MDR

Deck 10 to service pool area. I think this may also be the undercover option in case of rain.

deck 11 at the Mast Bar.

Not sure if these will be changed in the future. As mentioned above, the locations will be published and available in your stateroom when you board.

Cheers, h.

On my most recent cruise, 2019, I smoked my very first cigar. Then, the smoking area was at the back of the ship on the very top deck. I hope that helps.

P.S. I didn't like the cigar, but I have tried a pipe since then and I liked it a lot more.

You were not likely on an M-Class ship like Millennium.  The smoking area at the Sunset Bar in the back of these ships does not allow smoking.  Open cabin balconies right below.  But there is a smoking area on the top back of some S-Class ships.  Usually to one side.

Yes, they eliminated it several years back for various reasons, some of which pax would meander away from their port side smoking area to head towards the bar, and many inconsiderate smokers dropping their cig & cigar ashes onto the cabin balconies below.

It was actually on The Edge, if I remember correctly.

Just to clear something up: there is no such thing as an inconsiderate cigar smoker!

Let the flaming begin!

As long as they don't exhale, I completely agree.  🤣

Smokers, like vapers, all have Main Character Syndrome.  Why can’t you people be alcoholics like the rest of us?  Alcohol has never harmed anyone, unlike smoking.

What makes you think we're not alcoholics?

I guess you have never met anyone who was the off spring of an alcoholic parent that put alcohol about everything else in their life.

Sometimes I have to question your sense of humor and this is one of those times.
