Thank you.

The lack of a big lunch and a lazy day today is affecting my thinking.🤔

I have corrected to 66°F.

Graham.

I was wondering how your gardens look so beautiful with such extreme temperatures 🙂

That has a very nice sound to it 😄 47 days to go?  Yippee!

Yes, you do!  How about a Wang Wang!🍹

I don't know how you remembered him, but good job!!

LOL on the Wang Wang.  Believe it or not, I’ve never had one 😉

How could I forget him?  He’s the one that kept removing the lost camera sign requesting the memory card in the Oak Room that HAL made.

Sharon @Sharon in AZ I see you are on our Christmas cruise. Hoping to meet you (and Linda and Rich) aboard.

Yes, Craig & I are on the 11 day portion and hoping to meet up with all of our Daily family on board. Crazy to say this, but we have two cruises before this Holiday cruise. I am excited to be on the newest ship in the fleet.

Neither have I had a Wang Wang before, but that was my prize last week for spotting the Nieuw Amsterdam first on the Juneau webcam.  I asked for a substitute of a glass of wine, but I have no idea when or how I will ever get my prize.

Wow, that's really rude of him to keep removing the sign.  Really rude!!

Good morning all!

Good collection of days today.  We've enjoyed going to a few dinosaur museums, and once even drove a couple hours out of our way on a road trip to Yellowstone to visit the field site of "Leonardo" the only mummified and fossilized dinosaur.  So I guess you could say we like dinosaurs.

Will pass on the meal, but like the wine (especially on a BHB) and have cruised the Dardanelles several times and will again on Sept. 25 along with @Red Haired Lady.  No photos though, at least not that I can find!

Going to lunch today with a couple friends, and garden the rest of the day.  Supposedly we'll get rain in a few days, can't wait!  (never thought I'd say that, but we need it).

Here's a photo of "Leonardo".  They say he was only 3 or 4 years old when he died. Of course I can't find my photos, but here's one from Wikipedia.

Good morning.  Thanks for the Daily Report.

A beautiful Civic Holiday Monday here in Southern Ontario.  Our thermometer shows 20C, that's 68F, very nice day to work outside.

I'm late to the party, our internet was down for a while this morning.  I don't know what happened, but it's working now.🙂

Interesting collection of days.  Love the quote.

I'll pass on the meal suggestion.  But I'll have the wine.😉

We were supposed to be cruising the Dardenelles last May, but of course, that cruise got cancelled.  Maybe someday we'll try again.  Thanks to everyone for their wonderful pictures.

@cat shepard A big thank you for your wonderful pictures and commentary about Iceland.

Prayers for everyone who needs them.  A toast to all the celebrations.

Stay safe.

You are super organized with your photos.  Nice 🙂

I remember that CD well and am now wracking my brain to recall his name.

If I remember, I’ll post.

I know his  name was Tom   Falcnor       and he worked with wife  TINA. Jim

I know there was a married couple who were future cruise consultants on Holland America.  But not an assistant cruise director I don't think.

Good morning all. Thanks Rich and all who Daily contribute to health, drink or food. And to our daily family who make me smile and cry. I always love the photos. Today I should receive delivery of my first new computer in almost ten years. It causes anxiety thinking about transferring all my files and programs but I will put on my big girl panties and work on it. I have been working on putting things on thumb drives so hope that helps.
I look forward to meeting so many from here at Christmas. But I couldn’t wait that long to get on a BHB so booked a west coast b2b for September. 47 days to go. Boy that had a nice sound to it. 47 days until I embark. Throw a few days visiting with my sister and bil before I fly out it seems like it will be just around the corner.

Oh my gosh, that's wonderful on the computer!  I have an old laptop for work in which I still haven't transferred files or deleted cookies, so I get it.

Correct. They were FCC’s - at least according to my weak memory 😉

Last night we ate in the Pinnacle Grill.  Clothesline Bacon was very good and the steak was better than before.   Service was good.  Oddly we saw people leaving with covered plates.

Clothes line bacon?!

I've never seen such a thing, if that's in the Pinnacle maybe I can succeed in getting Dear Dad to go at least once, he loves bacon!

His name is Thom Faulkner who was one of HALs top CDs until he joined his wife Tina as Future Cruise Consultant.  He was the CD on our 2008 and 2011 Prinsendam cruises.

It’s definitely in the PG.  Has been on the menu for a while BC (Before Covid). A lot of people like it.

Good morning everyone and Happy Monday!  Thank you for the Daily Rich and thank you for your lists Roy.

With cruises starting up CC is much busier. @Crazy For Cats I love your pictures and thank you for taking the time to share them. Enjoy your cruise!

DGS loves dinosaurs and has an over abundance of them big and small. Both grandchildren never were into coloring books but DGD has turned into quite an artist. Yesterday we had family over for her 14th birthday which is Wednesday. It was lots of fun and she got a phone from her DD. I had her take our picture together.

I’ll pass on the meal suggestion. I like ground beef Sloppy Joe’s. I’ve heard of a lentil version too.

We haven’t been to today’s port and all the pictures are great.

@cat shepard I’m going back to Wednesday to read your reports, I missed a day somewhere.

Our cruise is in 25 days!  I have so much to do, yikes.

Have a great day everyone!

Thank you both.  I remember when Thom had his desk on the port side in the atrium area and Tina had her desk on the starboard side.  Hopefully the two of them got twice as much work done!  😁
