Even sadder last week on Anthem a passenger had a heart attack on the IFLy and subsequently died.

Liberty is on the way into Galveston by 530 today for a medical emergency and casino closing at 5 pm. They wouldnt disembark until the morning. 

 

We never know what happened for sure.

I saw that too, they heard the information at the Captain's Corner.  The Captain is not going to share any other information and unless someone saw a fight or something, it will all be speculation.

How embarrassing can that be.  I am sure banned for life and whatever other bad things that come with the assclown package.

We are on the Harmony and had a couple put off the ship too.  I have no idea why but they were seen at Guest Services with all their luggage on a cart and made the comment as they were moved away “let’s get the Hell off of here!”…😳😳

If they had future cruises booked, would they be refunded, even if after final payment?

  An 68 year old male had an sudden cardiac arrest while in the IFly tube and did not regain consciousness on the December 12 2021 Anthem cruise. Very sad for everyone affected.😪

That video is from the Dec. 12, 2021 cruise. We were at the FlowRider at the time and we are in the video leaving the area.

I didn't see that one in my Cruise Planner.  Is that under "Internet and More" or some other tab?

Do I get a discount for being D+? Or only if I'm Pinnacle and wear my fancy gold nametag?

I was on a TP a few years ago.  There was an annoucement for help to one of the dining rooms one evening.  The following day, my mom learned from the S&B group that a woman had had a cardiac arrest and passed away.  Near the end of the cruise, fortunately near enough to Hawaii for the Coast Guard to meet us, a helicopter came to retrieve someone who had had a bad fall, and broke their hip. 

As we had rushed to get to Hawaii before the sun went down too far, we had a leisurely cruise around the island until it was time to dock in Honolulu.

Probably not D+ or pinnacle. They have been sailing long enough to know what will get you thrown off the ship.

Just got off the Anthem. Two people kicked off ship. One in Port Canaveral & one in the Bahamas. Everyone was well aware of what was going on because we witnessed their behavior several nights in the casino.

I think it is found with small print, beside asterisk, under the drink package.

The worst experience that I saw was a chair hog and a challenger.  He was controlling some 8 loungers by the pool and located in one of the better spots.  He was able to convince Paxs that the loungers were not available for some like 2 hours.  Then a couple strode by and the wife places her towel on one of the loungers.  The guy goes crazy and his eyes are bulging.  The husband tried to get his wife to let it go, but she was so insisting.  I thought the guy was going to assault the woman, but security stepped in and calmed everyone down.

The man (mid 40s) destroyed his room. He was escorted off the ship in Port Canaveral. His partner had to purchase a plane tix home & a car service to get him home, pay for the destroyed room (shocking how much that cost!) & pay medical before they allowed him off the ship. He’s been banned from RCCL. 
 

The young women (mid 20s) was continuously loudly berating her mom (who was lovely & embarrassed) & staff, charged her mom’s account a crazy, crazy amount of money, left her mom’s room & moved into the man’s room who had just paid for his boyfriend to get off the ship with no legal charges filed & then accused him of stealing from her. Security came once again & she was escorted off the ship in the Bahamas. Also banned for life. All involved met in the casino bar the 1st night so I guess they were sorta cruise friends. It was one bad decision after another. Both mom & boyfriend stayed on cruise to continue their vacation. 
 

The captain graciously didn’t discuss it. But the boyfriend pretty much told anyone who would listen what happened. All parties were in the casino nightly, as was I, so I witnessed their behavior personally & had gambled with mom & boyfriend for several nights before all of this happened. 
 

RCCL was very discrete about all of it. But all parties involved were very vocal about what occurred.
