haha....300 lbs.....!  that would be me after your 'sojourn' on the sea.....29 days of the 'best' and 'high caloric' dining.....AND....34 coming up!

I started with the Crab Cake  and Iain had the Capaccio

 

 

 

 

 

I then had the Cannellini Figioli and Iain the Minestrone. We asked for a cup.   Yea. He said that is the cup. 

 

 

 

 

Fir main I ordered 1/2 portion Veal Marsala and Iain had the Lasagna 1/2 portion

About 5 mins ago Capt George broadcast that helicopter will be here in 30 mins. Fixed wing recon aircraft has just done a couple of fly-overs to check conditions.

We have a plane circling to access the evacuation.   Captain just said will be deck 14 aft. The deck is being closed. 
 

Helicopter should arrive 20 minutes

Well, if those are half portions in Tuscan, I'd hate to see full portions!  I may have to give Tuscan one more try next week since it's included with my cabin.  I've never had good luck there.

Jim, how was the veal marsalla? I have always gotten the filet, but since we are in a suite next cruise and there is filet available often in Luminae, I'd like to try something different.

Plug into the HDMI and power it up.   In our suite only have about 6 inches on each side to squeeze my hand in to find the slot.   In many rooms where you have better access much easier.

 

Once fired up -  go to Roku Settings and choose Ships Wifi -  then you have to log in using the pop up mode instructions for dorm or hotel. 

 

I did a quick video on how to access the HDMI menu

We only ate 1/2 of our meals.    I was really comfortably filled and not stuffed. 
 

we both thought. The soups were excellent. 
 

most of specialty closed at lunch due to lack of guest interest.    A bowl 🥣 of soup and crusty bread would make a perfect lunch.

We did the veal Marsala last year on the Equinox and it was one of the best I can remember, it had 5 different kinds of mushrooms. We enjoyed Tuscan but the service was not even close to Luminae.

Yes - Basket pickup from the Lawn Club.  the Video is 6 minutes long and taking a long time to upload.   Will see if it uploads or I may have to cut it down.

The basket they will lower is usually referred to  as a “Stokes Basket.” Just a random addition to conversation! The basket is used by Fire Departments for rescue and transport services. (Go NYFD!)
