Would you please tell me what brand of these?  Lately, sigh, it seems to be another “benefit” of aging…

Not who you asked but these are the ones I use. Diurex Max...

If it makes you feel better, I was in my 30's the first time it happened. 🙈

I take exactly what Mike takes. Works well.

We've parked near the West elevator the last couple of times.  No wait at all.  I'm guessing that people don't think about going around the corner past the entrance.

Thanks for doing this.  Your threads are always totally enjoyable, and often educational.  Must be the love all serve all thing.

Thanks. Had to retire Love All when we sold condo😪

I'm told my BP med is a water pill. Microzide.

Generic name is to complicated.🤣

I assumed with your scale stats that you probably didn't have hypertension - that's what I get for assuming !

Tom

It's been up a bit in the past

118/85 last time I checked

My bad cholesterol is a little high. Go figure.

I take a statin every other night. If I remember

My biggest issue is BPH and some neuropathy

I do have a fun med for the BPH 🤣🤣

BCBS won't cover it. GoodRx does😁

Well, my extra $3 charge from F&S did get posted. Hardly worth complaining

But I will bring it up if/when I hear from Miami

Are you putting your concerns on the survey?  Next question have you ever put concerns on there and actually heard from someone?

Yes, and better to start before the fluid starts accumulating.

This. But if you're a dumbass like me and don't pack them, you take them as soon as you get home.

The box actually says you can take multiple per day but I take one.

5 pounds it is 😁

And another year older😱

That would be a big disappointment for me. On my weight loss journey (I am way too big) I have been able to lose weight on every cruise in the last 6 months. In fact, I struggle more with losing weight at home. Scale this morning when I got home says I am down 1.4 pounds, but I did down three bottles of water from the time I got up, until the time I made it back home, (Tampa Area) so might be a little more down.

I did enjoy following along and seeing what food you were enjoying. I have been sticking to lean protein, eggs and veggies, with the occasional small serving of pasta, and tons of water. No snacks at all! Every other cruise or so I allow myself to have a Playmakers Burger... which I love!

It was nice to meet you Saturday. Enjoy being back home with your Wife and dog. 🙂

This is our very last Lifted & Shifted or otherwise rescheduled-due-to-Covid cruise.  Booked in March 2020, $729 total for an aft balcony.  We are going to Nassau, Coco Cay, and a sea day.  I may come back to the thread if anything out of the ordinary or remarkable happens, but we are very boring cruisers compared to some others 😁.  We will relax/nap on the balcony, go to shows, hang out watching the FlowRider, spend some time in the casino, and thoroughly enjoy a beach day on Coco Cay.

Geesh, we don't even do that much!

Do you give cash when tipping for your free drinks? I don't see anything posted?

LOL!!!   Dave the crash man🍺...at least save the beer when you fall.  😄

Beer mugs work well for holding above the head on the way down. Of course I'm speaking from years of experience. 🤣

Bella staying at the beach. Won't pick her up till July 1.

Nice meeting you as well. Good luck with the Journey and your upcoming ascension.

But serve all is still in play?

Well, that is the more important of the two. "You don't have to love me, just serve me". 😁😉
