I hope you’re wrong too because we booked a girls cruise and it’s really hard to book with everyone’s different schedules.

I think it's fine. It appears the glitch is more than just West Coast sailings. Hopefully they'll get it fixed soon.

I'm concerned about my 10 Day Sapphire in September because they cancelled all previous sailings due to staffing shortages so I'm not sure if mine will be a go for sure. We'll see.

Just spoke with my cruise consultant.  She says she can’t see the California promotion offer but knows it is advertised.  She sent a chat to her supervisor who is researching the issue.  She states she isn’t the only consultant asking the questions.  Hopefully answers soon.

I was just able to book a November cruise for a West Coast departure in November using a casino offer. The casino services rep for Princess was aware there was a problem with the website but did not know why. Guess we will have to wait and see what happens...

I’m being nosy. Is it a new casino offer? Just wondering if I should keep an eye on my email. It’s pretty amazing that every single West Coast cruise is sold out, lol.

It was emailed to us on June 16 (we were on an Alaska cruise, so could not respond).  It is for free cabin, princess plus and entry into slot tournaments - 2 out of LA, 1 out of San Diego, 1 out of SF, 1 out of Galveson and 2 out of Fort Lauderdale

My 8 day sailing in May 2023 cancelled months ago well before final payment.  But I have also had others that did cancel or change ships after final. Just sayin……

Yeah, my bad.

I should have said if it's close to sailing date, they'll more than likely wait until after final payment to do so.

Try looking for ANY cruise on Ruby Princess. Don't bother with a date or itinerary, just choose Ruby Princess. They ALL have messages saying they aren't available.

It is not just the Ruby. I have trips booked in 2023 Emerald out of Lauderdale and Caribbean out of NY and they all say not available

My CB cruise round trip FLL is back…. The 0% single supplement is now 100%

I hope the updates aren't to cut out the good solo deals--I'm sailing the Discovery this weekend and on cruises from Sept-Nov with no to little single supplement, and that's the main thing that's kept me loyal to Princess since restart, so I was able to cruise to Mexico at half the price of HAL and NCL.  One reason for the updates might also be changing to the standard/plus/platinum search function, whereas now it just searches by standard/plus--I saw Celebrity is now offering a basic fare now, without the extras they've been including in every fare.

The cruises are not sold out.  They will be fixing the pricing shortly. It is not just West Coast having problems. In Ontario Canada I have had several cruises show not available for the past 18 hours.

Yup, our British Isles cruise for September 2023 (switching Emerald to Regal) is now showing as unavailable.  I thought it was because they were reassigning cabins to Regal, but it’s many cruises in question.  Maybe has something to do with the new promo starting next week?

Yeah, they’re back… until I try to book. Then I get “something has gone wrong and we’re not able to continue to the next step”

Some great solo fares for coastal and Mexico trips, including price drops for ones I already booked. I tried booking another one, and got the same message, not available, so I'm afraid they're just teaser rates that will disappear, like a $10 Alaska cruise I was able to book for September, until my TA said Princess asked me to cancel. None of the cruises were showing on another cruise site I book on sometimes, which is also unusual.

When I search for California Coast cruises under the "Deals" section, I get this now:

that's an error

This request cannot be served at this time. Reference Id:18.96c3ce17.1656006867.84a7648

Before, you could at least look at the itineraries! 😆

Reference Id:18.96c3ce17.1656006867.84a7648        Well, that explains everything.

I just spent one hour on the phone with the Casino dept.  Got my offer booked.

This is for a slot tournament cruise on Jan 7th on Discovery out of LA port

paid $422.60 + the deposit of $400 which will returned OBC

(we get the vac protection insurance)

Check your Cicle Savings Acount - my offer came in the Onboard Credits section, my husband got the email

Just went into my Princess acct and my booking was not showing the Princess Plus, not the correct Casino Play money.   Had to call the Casino dept back and get everything corrected.  I was told to wait 24 hours to have my file updated.

We will see .......

This is interesting. If I look at the CA coastal cruises in October I can book a cruise with a Princess Plus fare, but not if I want to book the basic fare. That gets an oops something has gone wrong response.  Basic fare doesn’t even have the “California resident” fare offer.
