Western Caribean cruise question

Please help!!! Iam going on a western Caribbean cruise in 2 weeks. Can I wear white on the cruise. Since the cruise to the Caribbean is after Labor Day.

Yes. No such rule on any cruise line. Do people really follow that anymore?

In fact, if on an MSC cruise there is always a White Night where guests are encouraged to wear white.  Your itinerary is going to be warm, so leave your jeans at home.  EM

You can wear purple and green striped shorts with a pink polka dotted tank top if you want.  Doesn't matter. Now, some lines have formal nights where you are encouraged/required to dress up.  Check with the line you are sailing on for more information.  It's usually covered in the web site FAQ's.

I doubt you will be the subject of side-ways glances and derisive behind your back sneers.  It is an archaic rule that should be ignored, IMO.

NOTE: A few countries *prohibit* civilians from wearing camouflage-patterned clothing.  So make sure you have something else to wear just in case.

You are correct, but the question was about white, not camouflage. No camo, but any color you want is OK. Also some ports don’t allow certain wording/images on Tee shirts. No problem with a solid color, plain shirt.

Wear whatever color you want.....no rules apply like that on a cruise.
