  2. Maybe they will suffer the same fate as shirts declaring the team that lost the Super Bowl or any other championship; they will be given away to third world countries.
  3. My experience is that my TA either picks right up or calls me back soon after while it is nearly impossible to get a cruise line rep on the phone, and even if you do they often cannot help.
  4. As long as you do not owe, it does not cost a dime, otherwise there is interest owed. Be sure that you are either getting a refund or pay an estimate to make sure there is not a balance owed. I am sure the poster who I replied to knows this, but sharing it with others.

  9. DW swims. She does swim early, but it is not the only time. I disagreed that leaving the lounger always meant your stuff should leave as I maintain that swimmers should always be able to use the lounges. And this does not mean only swimmers should be able to use the lounges as that is a real jump from what I have posted.

  11. I've never received an answer to that other than the cruise line will talk to me.
  12. Same happened with 2 reviews I wrote years ago for Carnival excursions on the same cruise. The glowing one was accepted; the extremely negative one "did not meet their standards".
  13. So Princess institutes their Medallion and takes all functionality off of their personalizer. And then the multiple glitches happen and the complaints occur and their phone lines are tied up with callers who are trying to make it work. And finally they reinstitute the functionality of the personalizer. Why did they take away that functionality in the first place when they instituted their new technology (obviously without adequately testing it)? Because they like you say technology, you must go with it no matter what. They saw what they wanted to see, and disregarded all the problems with their new technology!
  14. And they also believe they have "control of their booking" even though they have to call the cruise line and speak to one of their employees. And somehow if something goes wrong, they think the cruise line will listen more to them than to a TA agency who does a multitude of bookings with them.

  17. Let us not forget that the loungers are by the POOL. SWIMMING is the activity that the pool is designed for.
  18. That is not totally true. They will not talk to you about things like payments or switching cabins, but there are things they will talk to you about. For instance, you can buy excursions directly through them. Also, in general they will answer general information questions.
  19. I see lots of posts saying that they lock up their phones in the safe and do not want to be tethered to them while on vacation, but not posts lecturing others that they have to do the same.
  20. Or maybe they could just move the posts to the Floataway Lounge. 🤣🤣
  21. My big takeaway from your post is that efficiency in serving the customer has the absolute lowest priority.
  22. I commented that the problem with your choice system was that those of us who made a choice different from yours were looked down upon by those who made your choice. And you chose to make your condescending post answering mine. I rest my case.
