  1. What could happen? Is there a rule we should know about? Perhaps put a CC name in here?
  2. Obviously she doesn't want others to see how gorgeous you really are.
  3. And if there's a more restricted 'rule' for dinner dressing, i.e., no jeans or shorts.
  4. Wow. Thanks for the education. And glad you've escaped problems on cruises. Best of luck.
  5. How fun! Makes a great story. We hope to get down there before terribly long.
  6. How do these differ in function? Assuming you're not playing tennis 🙂
  7. That's interesting and could be the situation on our B2B in July. We will have cruised from Amsterdam to London and then London to Stockholm.
  8. Probably a good point. I drink tap water over almost all the world with no bad effect. And to my knowledge I've not had covid (but I might not have known).
  9. I kinda don't like that. If their free time is restricted like that.
  10. Do you think there would be a difference between PH and concierge?
  11. Why, pray tell? Covid cases are on the rise.
  12. We're definitely back to mask wearing in crowded places like grocery stores.
  13. Oh totally. But as I mentioned on this thread we have our "lounge wear." So we're not lying about our cabin in our regular clothes. And as far as spilling, which I regularly do, I immediately blot not scrub with water. And for decades now I've traveled with a small, flexible, plastic scrub board so I can actually wash out things (hopefully). My husband carries one or two "dress shirts" but they're the kind that are truly wash and wear. He'll wear them with a pair of Dockers to the specialty and GDR.
  14. Thanks for that info. Can you just stick with grilled, sauteed, broiled things.
  15. Thanks for the info. And I'm glad to see that you're finding lines to accommodate you. On land we're pretty much in airbnb-equivalents so we cook one or even two meals a day. And our meals can be super simple. This meal and most others are GF.
  16. It's been a few years but I do remember that I wasn't particularly pleased with the cleanliness of the garments and they were super wrinkled. But in our household I'm considered the Laundry Queen so probably just too fussy.
  17. So you kids who opt for a clean shirt every day, ... well, in the South we used to say: "Horses sweat, men perspire and ladies." LOL
  18. BTW IIRC one doesn't have to prove anything to use "BEST." I'm guessing that would be true with the O statement. But what i've had has been really, really good.
  19. Thanks. And I've yet to have a sweet potato fry that is crispy like regular fries. ???
  20. Here's some info from the Mayo Clinic: Allowed fresh foods Many naturally gluten-free foods can be a part of a healthy diet: Fruits and vegetables Beans, seeds, legumes and nuts in their natural, unprocessed forms Eggs Lean, nonprocessed meats, fish and poultry Most low-fat dairy products Grains, starches or flours that can be part of a gluten-free diet include: Amaranth Arrowroot Buckwheat Corn — cornmeal, grits and polenta labeled gluten-free Flax Gluten-free flours — rice, soy, corn, potato and bean flours Hominy (corn) Millet Quinoa Rice, including wild rice Sorghum Soy Tapioca (cassava root) Teff It doesn't seem like it would be hard to do this on a cruise ship or ashore. But I'm not celiac.
  21. I'm with you on that one. As to the Impossible Burger, I've not had one but it does seem like some version is a good idea.
