Mysty - so its not just me doing this?  I'm remembering mistakes & regretting them from 15 years ago, or even longer, after waking up at 3 AM!  Then thinking a post or comment I made 5 hours ago was so terrible.  To put a stop to this thinking, I try to think about maybe getting a chocolate donut in the morning and even that doesn't allow me to drift off to blissful sleep.

Going to try melatonin...

All that talk about liver and onions! As an Englishman I frequently have calves liver with onions, and bacon ! I soak the liver in milk for a couple of hours prior to flour coating. It definitely tenderises it! And add a raw egg to the mashed spuds.

I remember my mom making liver and onions growing up.  I like it but don't know too many other people who do.

I also really like chicken livers and make them with mushrooms and onions too......🙂
