You may not lose your casino fare.  I always ask my TA to check fares using the "CASINO" code.  To my surprise, it worked when we booked the newly released Tahiti cruises.  It's worth asking your TA or Princess to use that code when you check to see if a promotion offers a better deal.

I've played in the Casino when I cruised.  But I haven't cruised in over 5 years. To get casino fares do you have to cruise within a specific timeline to receive that fare?

I see a lower price listed for my Oct cruise, but when I select category price jumps up to $300pp more. My current price and promotions are so much better.

Thanks for the heads up.  My Panama cruise is listed, but it would have to really go down in the fare price for me to take advantage as I booked back in November, 2018, under the $1 deposit and Cyber Event - 3 free perks.  More OBC, free gratuities and only $2 for deposit.  So will wait impatiently for May 1st!

Pooh

Good luck. Let us know how it works out for you.

My bookings went up by $200 but we came out ahead because we got a $300 obc and free gratuities. Now I'm waiting for sip and sale to see how much they go up by. My husband really wants sip and sale because he doesn't like to feel nickel and dimed and have to think about does he really want to spend money on that extra glass of wine.

Here's hoping that tomorrow brings savings and this isn't a sale in name only like so many other sales in the past.

It should be significant savings for me on the cruise I have booked that is on the list and has no other promotion benefits.

It will give us $200 of onboard credit and save me $217 on gratuities.  The fare under the May sale is the same as when I booked the cruise.

My Pacific North West is listed .... will be interesting if it's  a total price reduction

Old total price = 2808 + 200 OBC + Specialty Dining = 2709 w/$1 deposit

New total price = 2721+ 25 OBC - OF gratuities (7 days = 101.5) = 2594 w/ 260 deposit

Still waiting for 3-for-free in September. Not ready to trade in $1 deposit

Just booked 14 day Circle Caribbean over holidays with May sale promo. Free grats made the deal over Costco Travel.

I think you can still get the May sale using a travel agent so you don't have to give up what obc the TA offers. They just called Princess to refare for me.

It’s now 11:18 CDT. No new itineraries are listed on my screen.

Never mind. I'm confusing the release of new itineraries with the May sale. DOH!!!

my sailing goes up a total of $140 but we are getting over $400 in benefits....so we still end up coming out ahead of what we currently have...unless my TA can keep our same pricing?  fingers crossed.

Would like to know if your TA was able to keep the same pricing!

I also went thru a fake booking online for our July,2020 European cruise. When we booked months ago there were no offers at al!  The promos now show at the end. However, this cruise is almost sold out and our category is totally sold out. Is it still possible to rebook with our current cabin to pick up the promos?

Yes you can call in and rebook with the new promo.  I've done it many times. Check the current fare first and if it's a better deal with the added gratuities and OBC.  Hopefully your fare stayed the same as when you booked, that would be amazing.

We ended up paying a fare increase of $260 total.  That got us $500 OBC from Princess.  An additional $25 OBC from our TA and $522 of free gratuities.  Well worth the 20 minute phone call.
