Good evening.

After work we called at McDonald's drive thru and got a takeaway and went to the beach to relax.

It is Pauline's birthday tomorrow.

Here is your friend from Sept 2022. How time flys.

Before HH we spent a little time in Savanah.  We went to Forsyth Park. I think it is worth visiting.

Do you know where you will be staying? Our friends invited us to their time share.  We rode bikes to many places.

Keep your eye out.

One place we rode to several times was Harbour Town.   I think that is what its called.

We rode to a place that had animals on display.

We went out once to see dolphins.

I enjoyed the view as much if not more than the dolphins.  We went all the way to the main bridge.

We also brought a cooler and got shrimp to bring home!  There is much more to do in HH.  I am sure you will have fun!

That's my best bud. Thanks for the recommendations. I am sure Dave will have some suggestions too.

We are actually staying at a 6 bedroom VRBO in Hilton Head. Looks really nice.

Had my first Keto Big Mac Salad tonight, it was very good and plenty filling enough. Really surprisingly enjoyed it. No sugar at all in the dressing(sauce) I made that taste so close what McDonalds uses without all that sugar.

Next to try the Big Mac Chaffle, the waffle(bun) is made out of egg and mozzarella in a waffle iron.

Deal or No Deal Island last night was a very interesting show.

I was not happy with who went home.

I find myself rooting for Boston Rob be because he plays the game like he did on Survivor.

Seen the first show and enjoyed it somewhat, but since I haven't figured out what night it is on on regular TV or if you just have to stream it off one of the pay channels.

Today is the last day of our 2024 winter escape.  Enjoying a poolside cocktail at Disney’s Old Key West resort where we’ve been since disembarking Adventure of the Seas on 3/9.
We had a 4 nighter on Allure, then went S2S over to Adventure for 8 nights where we were joined by @jmh2006 Jennifer. We had a great time together, enjoying our nightly Caipirinha’s, Mojito’s and/or Malibu & Diet Coke at Boleros.  We were not allowed in the Crown Lounge in the evenings, so we just moved our fun elsewhere!  We had a couple of very windy sea days but nice weather otherwise. Ports were Labadee, Bonaire and Aruba, the last two being firsts for Andy & I. On Bonaire, we rented a golf cart and all agreed this was the highlight of the trip. What a beautiful island!  Aruba was a taxi to Eagle Beach for a nice relaxing day.  A few photos:

We learned a couple of things this trip.

- 12 nights cruising is a little too much for us. 8-10 is probably the sweet spot.
- we don’t care for the four nighters.
- never come to Disney during both spring break and Cheer week!

I hope to do a better job of keeping up now that I won’t have so much going on. Lounging around in beach and pool chairs is exhausting!

Was the lighthouse open?

If the one girl would of followed the plan, the one who went home would still be in it and the one everyone wants gone maybe gone.  Now we have 2 with targets on them which protects Boston Rob.

The contractor called me back and we agreed to what has to be done before I arrive. 2 lights, painting and cleaning. Hes like oh you will want the carpet shampooed, and this and that. Of course more $$$$ than I anticipated. But it needs to be done before I move my stuff in. Well the lights could wait. He gave me more suggestions on stuff to do when I get there. The mirror and counter in the wet bar. I'd almost rather tear it out, but that stuff can wait. It's a lot of sf. New appliance, idk about kitchen cabinets.

Everything is in really good shape. He commented too whoever lived there took really good care of the place. That's what I think too. Cabinets look dated but in really nice shape. I'm very happy with this condo.

Cant wait to get there. 2 more months!

Did you get a chance to have breakfast at Olivia's and have the Crab Cake-Eggs Benedict? So good!!

Not this trip but we’ve had it before and it is truly delicious.

As Jennifer said, it was not. Didn’t appear it had been for a very long time.

Same here Jen!  Less than a year until 2.0, and we’ll see what October holds 😉
