I love God Bless the USA by Lee *****.  Every time I hear that song, it puts a tear in my eyes.  What a great song to start the show with.  I will try to catch that song tomorrow (Sunday) as it will be our last day here.

The first songs on the schedule for everyday this week is Star Bangled Banner/Con Te Partiro.  Star Spangled is also the last song of the night.

I’m glad they put these inspiring patriotic songs to start the show with and end the show with.

I get ferklempt every time I hear Lee G sing that song but the most emotional was when he sang it right after 911.

Cloudy and chilly day here in Southern New England. The beach is empty except for the lifeguards who are not even on the beach.

I love the clouds.   They look low in the second pic.

Poor Lee.   Still getting his last name censored by CC, due to that pesky Urban dictionary definition.

I had forgotten that his last name was a problem on CC.  I thought maybe Helen didn't remember his last name. 🤔 😆

Same here.  Thank goodness we haven't had our pool open yet.  I'm sitting here and my feet are freezing!  What is with Mother Nature these days?

I would answer your question but it would probably make me appear sexist.😉😇

I just checked the water temperature at our lake, and it is up to 81° from all the warm weather.  Time to pull the boat out and get it ready to put in the water.  Hope I have time to do that tomorrow.

First, it looks like I need to do some roof repair to our storage barn.  A tree came down and punched a hole through the roof.

NOW I can believe these are your pics.... the feet are back!

BTW, happy belated birthday -- that 16-hour ER shift kept me busier than a cat in a room full of rocking chairs and I haven't had a chance to keep up here until now.

Thanks for the birthday wishes! And I included the feet for you to prove these are my pictures.😉

Good evening.

I hope everyone is well.

Pauline has booked tickets to see Rod Stewart and Culture club.

I said she can take our Sarah and I will drop them off and pick them up later.

It is an outdoor venue and seated although most people will be singing and dancing along.

I hope everyone is having a great day.

We are doing 5 nights on Voyager in October.   As of now they want $237 for the UDP!  The comes out to $47 per day.  We got the UDP for less on 7 night cruises.   I can order Giovanni’s right now for $44. Chops $57. Or both $87. I know lunch is included but that would be 3 days.   Looks like UDP is a no.

@Sea Dog @jmh2006 This October thing is an actual possibility!  TA extraordinaire gave me a nice price. Then we called the casino number because Andy has a free cruise certificate. Turns out, we can do it for only port charges which would be about $250, if we can deal with an inside cabin 😬🥴.  Upgrading to a balcony brings the price higher than TA’s. We’re going to call back tomorrow morning to ask about OV and Promenade cabins.

Fantastic! I hope you can make it happen. If you do make sure to book the Jost Van Dyke excursion in Tortola. So far it’s us and @Husky1987 and @jmh2006. Going to be a blast.

Lucky Pauline and Sarah!   I've seen Rod Stewart at least twice.  His energy level never ceases to amaze me.  He puts on quite a show.

Could you please send some of your warm weather my way?  Please??

Bummer you have a hole to repair on your storage barn;  luckily, you are handy with the hammer!😉
