I think Royal, Carnival, HAL, and Celebrity would all be safe bets.

There is, actually some good news in the article - at least for Norwegian cruisers:

 

In an effort to provide additional transparency, beginning in August, the company plans to provide an update at the end of each month regarding the status of voyage suspensions, including any potential extensions, according to a statement.

 

It would be nice if Carnival committed to doing that, IMHO.

 

As for who's next... probably everyone sailing in North America, though it might be a while before they all do.

Looks like the Princess did the safest thing by canceling all cruises until December. now other lines is almost doing the same thing

I seriously doubt any cruiseline will walk the the gauntlet at this time while others are cancelling for the safety of their customers.  Just imagine the utter backlash if just ONE person on board contracts Covid on board.

we just booked a b2b for nov. 2021. it is 2 5 day cruises on the elation. the ta said there was going to be more cancelled cruises.  i did not ask him how he knew but he has heard something thru the grape vine. who knows when all of this will cease! 

we can all hope soon.

Considering the Florida(now Miami) Marlins can't even play baseball in an empty stadium without spreading around the virus I find it extremely hard to fathom cruising anytime soon!
