Yes, I think that shot is embedded or linked earlier in this thread, but she was at the yard for another 10 or so days after the photo was taken/posted.

Escape was photographed by Port Rotterdam ship spotters when leaving the yard and heading back to sea, those shots were shared too. There was no track added.

The Bliss left Bar, Montenegro for Augusta, Italy on 2 August, and has now left Augusta bound for Bar again, arriving 6 August. What is she doing? Collecting crew?

With her first passenger sailing on 24 October, how soon will they try to have a full crew aboard?

Or maybe giving?  Escape is also in Augusta, but was in Portland UK for a while and then at the yard in Brest so it doesn't seem like she would have had more than the minimum of crew.

With eights ships in the Med at hold, one cruising in Greece, two holding at the Netherlands Antilles, two at both end of the Panama canal, two in Port of Miami, another one moored on the east coast and one cruising in Alaska there's a strong presence in the Med. As others said, they are probably transferring crew. Why would you risk a flight with strangers involved if you have your own floating bubble. 

 

NCL never had nine ships in the Med, it may have been a long awaited wish with Epic doing the same round year after year.. it's not how it should be!

Can't speak directly to Bliss crew,  but Friend just got rejoin verification for Joy yesterday. 

Another is mid way through her quarantine on the Epic. 

She was fully vaccinated at home and joined directly. 

Other crew transferred from the Spirit where they were vaccinated and completed quarantine.  More are onboard awaiting ship assignments. Seems to be the "holding " ship for crew currently. 

*timelines seem to vary between 5-7 weeks now for their rejoin notifications and boarding prior to first pax cruise.

Delayed somewhere into 2022 IIRC.

 

edit: Aug 4th: "In support of a gradual return to service approach, we are announcing the suspension of a select number of sailings on Pride of America through January 21, 2022. The first sailing back will be January 22, 2022."

Gem arrived in Nassau this morning ... maybe a test cruise?

 

Star left Marseille a few days ago and popped into Genoa for a bit and is now enroute to Naples Italy ETA Aug 14.

 

Epic is doing bathroom floor heating track outside Civitavecchia 

 

 

Escape is anchored off Bar Montenegro ... Bliss is docked there.

 

Spirit is docked at Brindisi Italy.

 

Dawn did this when out of Marseille but now she's back there ... what do you call this? 🙃

Yep!  the Gem is currently on a test cruise with NCL and a couple Sixthman staff   (Sixthman will be running charters on the Gem in Oct/Nov, then will resume on the Pearl in Feb/March 2022)

Gem is doing her " test " with TAs n industry people. 

Friends went to Blue Lagoon. 

Epic is doing her  "environmental" cruise,  as crew calls it. 

Did same pattern 7 days ago.
