Pinnacle benefits?

We have not been on RCI for over 3 years and need some help remembering Pinnacle benefits, please. I realize no one knows what will be when cruising resumes, but interested in what was in place prior to Covid shutdown. And this is for Freedom and Voyager class ships only.  Is the breakfast in Chops or Giovanni's every morning or only sea days?  I believe there is reserved seating for ice shows along with the suites. Do P's still get 3 complimentary bottles of wine per cabin?  And free internet? Can the buffet lunch be taken into a specialty restaurant for seating?  Still get escorted walk-off and priority embarkation with suites? On Liberty there used to be a brunch for suites and P's. Was this still being done and do the other Freedom and Voyager class ships do this?  Is Nadja still concierge on one of these ships? Thanks for any info.

Pinnacle benefits notwithstanding, would you return to cruise RCI if some or all of those benefits were no longer in place? Please explain your reasoning for either a yes or no answer. Thanks.

Why should they have to explain anything? They had some questions. Not everyone remembers everything if they havent cruised for a while and things change.

OP I think I read they were still escorting pinns off, and 3 bottles, there is a form to choose which wine. I still haven't cruised rcl in even longer than you and many perks changed since I last cruised. I'm catching up on changes myself. Sure picked the wrong time to come back myself.

Where in the OP's post did they say anything about not returning.  Is it wrong to ask for information

I don't thank I have to explain why I asked a question. Hopefully, some more folks who know the answers will post. Thanks for the answers about the 3 bottles of wine. I remember talking to C&A about my preferences. Those wouldn't change.

Why does that matter to you? He asked some questions that had nothing to do with that. Please explain yourself with either a yes or no.  🙄

This is the website for your Pinnacle benefits. ( if the link doesn't work you can access it on the Royal site for members. A lot of your questions about brunch etc will definitely vary from ship to ship and also length of the cruise but you do have breakfast in one of the specialty restaurants on all days.  Coastal Kitchen is available all day on ships with a Coastal Kitchen.  4 night and under cruises have no Pinnacle luncheons. Also the Concierge staff has been rotating ships on occasions so you may not see the same concierge. You do have to call to select your amenities.  You used to be able to pick them on line but that function isn't there any longer.  Hope this helps!!!

Wow. Now I wish we had been LB in Nov. 2019. Nadja was very sad to leave Texas back when she was transferred to, I believe, Navigator out of Florida. Thanks torpeedo. I didn't realize there was no P lunch on shorter cruises. We never go on those.

Absolutely no answer required to my question. Given the signs of the times and the changing climate within the cruise industry, I am curious if the OP's experiences on RCI prior to the last three years were satisfying enough to induce a return, even if benefits were modified or eliminated. Nothing else intended. Did not mean to rankle anyone. But it does seem that some folks are easily rankled, seeking any contentious opportunity.

To the OP, I meant no nefarious intent with my question and you owe me nothing but a scolding if you were offended. To the others, not even worth commenting.

Onboard Pinnacle letter from an early 2020 cruise.  Unknown if this will change during cruises with pandemic protocols.

Above are specifically the onboard offers in addition to the welcome aboard amenities you select by contacting C&A (three free bottles of wine or other choices😞

Some of your questions can't really be answered at this stage as it is still not clear when and under which circumstances cruisng will commence again (with some exceptions like the Singapore departures). Even then, certain things might not be the same either due to safety reasons or enhanced away for using this as a excuse by the cruiseline. Hence to really jude how things will be in a new normal this will likely not be before Q3 next year or even first at some point in 2022.

Don't let the trolls ruin your day.  99% of us on these threads are only too happy to help.  Congrats on your return to cruising...hope to join you as well...someday. 😮  Sooo tired of all these cancellations.

Not only talk to customer service on the phone, but can always get with the LA on board for help with choices and changes.  Enjoy!  🙂
