What's better than a cruise?  How about a Grand Voyage?  A lovely BHB is not just vacation but a home for MONTHS with exotic destinations and attentive service day and night.  While I have never been able to be away for a full 128 days I have had the good fortune of sailing a segment of a HAL World Cruise and a complete Grand South America and can testify that it's a fabulous experience.

Whichever ship you are on we wish you a wonderful Grand Voyage making special memories:

The Grand South America is basically the same as it has always been, except now with the R class Volendam instead of the Prinsendam which did it for so many years.

The World Cruise is a no Asia itinerary this time.  The first time ever with a Vista class ship, Zuiderdam, instead of a R class ship, which was the Amsterdam and before that the Rotterdam.  The World Cruise has been done since 2020,  which ended due to covid in Perth.  With all the future credit guests and pent up demand, wondering how full Zuiderdam will be?  Zuider capacity is about 600 more than R class Amsterdam.

Onboard people are saying that there will be around 1,400 passengers on the WC.  It was sold out but apparently, a lot of people dropped out or moved over to another cruise.   It will be interesting to see how it goes after being spoiled on the Amsterdam all those years.  But, it will be great to be back on the WC!  It's been too long!
