Thanks, Thrak.  Just a few minutes ago, I clicked on the link from the Princess website and was able to download the app directly onto our tablet (which is Samsung 8.1).  App still not available in Google Play Store...weird....

See above post#1078.   I'd been trying several times the last couple days and was ready to give up, but as you can see, it finally worked for me.  Hopefully, if you try again later, it will work successfully for you.   Definitely seems Princess changed something recently.

Thank you very much - it has finally worked!!! Managed to get to download  it from the Princess link on the persinaliser from Manage my Booking.

Not allow8ng me to Do everything and soon slow, but st least it's on my phone.

However, still not available on Play Storec- peculiar.

I have an i phone 8 and have down loaded the app however it will not allow me to link any of our upcoming cruises. When I sign in it shows my photo and that I am off the ship but when I try to link a cruise I just get no such number or something like that. I have tried both small and upper casement on the booking, nothing works. Anyone have any suggestions? I have removed and reinstalled app at least 8 times.

I am aware of those posts but couldn’t find an answer for my problem. I will eventually have to call the help number.

The latest post I saw which indicated everything was working was one where they called customer service and they had the IT department fix a glitch with their specific booking and all of a sudden, everything on the app worked.  I hope this helps.

I’m not sure about the Apple holders but here’s what I purchased from Amazon that will hold my Air Tags plus my Medallion when I receive it. I figured no need to pay a high price with Apple.

I only paid $6 & have 5 holders compared to Apples $35 for just one. 
 

What do you think about the Amazon holders?  With Amazon you can easily return them.

There is a post elsewhere on these forums by someone who bought an Apple Air Tag holder. The poster said it fit the Medallion perfectly.

Thank you. I thought I read that but couldn't find it. I have quite the air tag wardrobe

Wow, the company writing the Medallion Class app needs to hire an SEO specialist.  Until I searched just ‘Medallion Class’ in the Play Store, I couldn’t find it.  If my search included ‘ocean’ or ‘Princess’, the app didn’t show up.  (Android v.9)

It was actually pulled for a while and is now back on. I'm sure the SEO specialists will get on it. My roommate works for IT (not for the medalion team) and he said there are tickets open for it. I know that doesn't help you. Hopefully though they are getting it all together

I am still confused why a person would want the medallion in a holder just to stick it in you pocket?

Really? There are about a billion of those. I glued a strong magnet on the back of my medalion so I can't really check fit but I feel like sobriety coins are flatter

I don't have one to check but, then again, I don't have a Princess Medallion either. I just Googled for the AA holders and Princess Medallion and found a listing for a holder that said the Princess Medallion fit perfectly. That's all I have to go on. I'm sure there likely are folks here who have both the FoB coins and a Princess Medallion. They may, or may not, care to chime in.

I don't plan on buying one anyway. It seems to me that just sticking the thing in my pocket should be sufficient to my needs.
