I would guess it is going to drop harder at the opening due to Princess cancelling all cruises for 60 days.   I am not sure where the bottom is going to be at this point.

Bottom would be having the cruise lines declare bankruptcy, and having the stock cancelled.  Cruise lines would then reissue new stock once they settle/reemerge/reorganize in bankruptcy court. The old stockholders in this situation typically lose their full investment.

I keep saying I'm going to buy, then it drops more. Every day worse news. Horrible. This is getting bigger faster than my worst case scenario. I hope the tide turns soon, not just for CCL but for all of us.

Oops - looks like Mr. Valentine got this one wrong.

That's OK, he knows that hand washing removes germs from the hands and doesn't kill them 😉

1983 was the year Paramount Studios released Trading Places.

Agree, just having a little fun. Great movie though. Loved Jamie Lee Curtis.

going bankrupt would be terrible! you have to assume all cruise travel is about to be canceled for the foreseeable future and that will be tough. I finally pulled trigger on the stock as its $14 and some change.

I bought shares (100+) when it was 22.62 through an IRA account. Thinking about buying a second bunch of shares through another eTrade account (once I figure out how to do it). Then when that group of shares double in value, I can sell them and basically recoup my original 100+ share cost that is in the IRA (and still own the shares in the IRA).

Those are after hour numbers, but I did get the limit of $15.

No, the close was 14.97 but here it shows the after market futures up .30 and at $15 🙂
