The kids decided to gift us a private driver from our Airbnb in Paris to Monet's gardens, door to door 😁 He had tickets ready for us, and we skipped the long lines (that was in 2012). We tipped him extra to visit Monet's grave too. Dani, I hope you have these beautiful pictures in frames! All, except, of course, the one of Claude Monet's gravesite..lol! The pictures are amazing. Thank you for sharing!

DH thinks ALL those pics are not up to His [I was going to add "majesty" 😉] 's standards.... but, I like them, and decided to post them anyway 😁 They say the best time to visit the gardens is May, when all the flowers are in full bloom. We were in September, almost to the day.

My wife said she is going to tell the surgeon that if things do not go well that he has to adopt me.It is her sense of humor . My youngest daughter will go with her and my other daughter will be here with me. Prayers for her and you Lenny🙏

J Jim used Wet and Forget on the roof of the attached apartment this morning. There has been moss on the roof from the many trees surrounding our house. We had a double-tree removed in June; I sure hope we don't have the moss problem any longer. I’ve used wet and forget for moss with some luck. Hopefully you have more than us. 7 hours ago, Luckynana said: How well did it work, Andrew? What did you use it on? I used Chemical Guys Honeydo Snow Foam with the Tool Daily Foam Cannon. We’ll go for it some day..probably when we move. After you move , it should be good. Our local CBP is at Port of Palm Beach, and we had no problem with appointments. You would hope you have the same experience in Tampa (where ever they do it) after you move.

I thought it couldn't get any more advanced than that! Sir Paul McCartney recorded "will you still need me will you still feed me, when I'm 64" when he was approx. 24. He's now 76. How do you think HE feels?😲 3

sgmn Posted September 14, 2021 #29825 Share Posted September 14, 2021 (edited) Yesterday, our day was to go into London, first time since I went in May to get my dress for the wedding. For one of Hubby's birthday pressies I bought an annual pass to the Historic Royal Palaces which includes the Tower of London. We had a great day, elected to drive into the City as we're still not comfortable on public transport. Unbeknown to us it was the day when the navy pay their annual fee of a barrel of wine to have the right to sail up the Thames, origins in the 14th century. We had a navy march and band to watch and very unusually the Royal Standard was flying because Princess Anne was there for the ceremony. https://www.royalnavy.mod.uk/news-and-latest-activity/news/2021/september/12/211912-royal-navy-capital-ship-visits-the-capital 20210913_115420.mp4 Edited September 14, 2021 by sgmn 12
