Beautiful just what I needed to see. I’m feeling like crud. Aching all over and a low grade fever 🥵 I’m hoping tomorrow is better.

Hang in there.  Just remind yourself that when you are feeling back to normal, you're going to treat yourself to something delicious.  😋

I felt the same after my second shot.  Take a couple of aspirin and go to bed.  I woke up fine the next morning.

Thanks, that's what I did.  I'm feeling better today, still a slight headache but no more fever and aches.

Personally, I think everyone should be allowed to make their own choice about the vaccine. I am vaccinated, John isn’t. Most people have reason for their decision. I don’t agree with all of John’s reasons, and I wish he would get the vaccine. But he will, in his own time when he feels better about it. Me yelling at him to get it will never work. And him yelling at me to not get it, wouldn’t have worked either.

Agree, DH and I as well as daughter and son in law are all vaccinated.  Our son keeps dragging his feet, my biggest issue with it is daughter won't let him around her kids, under 5, so no family get togethers for now.  It's been about 18 months since we have all been together, but he is the one missing out most and nagging will just push it further out.

My bro in law refuses to get vaccinated and won't wear a mask.  He is married to my sister, who is extremely frustrated at him, since she is an infectious disease specialist doctor!  😮

They were both going to come up to visit us for a week, flying up to stay with us while we did Maine this summer.  They would have been flying...he cancelled due to won't wear a mask which is mandatory on a flight or in the terminal.

Can't say I am a fan of her second husband.  Kind of happy she is coming up by herself.  😉

Not exactly a house, but maybe a mobile house.  I know some on here have camping vehicles.

This is one I saw on our walk around the campground this morning.

$175K for this model.  For that kind of money, I would expect a heck of a lot more room than you can fit in this one.  I read that Mercedes partnered with Airstream to do a high end one of this size for $245K.

My wife just said “You know how many nice hotel stays we could have for that price?”

Yup, those things are in such high demand as easy to drive and easy to park.  They indeed are more than large rigs 5 times their size.

Think of it this way:  What costs more...jeans and a sweatshirt... or a bikini?  😉

For Sale..............Energy efficient studio style "Tiny Home" home with maintenance free exterior. Complete open concept includes 1 bathroom, sleeping loft and outdoor dining. This L'Trine model is portable and maybe potable. There is usually a line to sell the home but would suggest making an appointment and bringing an aerosol spray can fully enjoy the experience.

"poo pourri" included at no additional cost.  😄

Hey, how do you highlight names to respond instead of quoting quotes?

Glad you got the hang of it....

I too couldn't figure it out at the beginning, even with the help of the friends here.... The "list" kept getting in the way...😉

My DW thinks that land travel is way safer than ocean travel for old people doing their own thing.  My plan was to be buying a nice French Catamaran and sailing to the Caribbean and maybe beyond.  She thought I was nuts, so she wanted me to buy a class A RV and I thought she was nuts.... so a 23 foot Airstream is our compromise.

Our first RV, a 32 foot class A motor home was smashed up on the highway in Michigan by a 16 year old that lost control of his beat up little truck with bald tires in the rain.  Lost use of it for a year while being repaired, had to rent a U-haul to bring our stuff back home to Florida (luckily still had the Jeep that was still OK that we were towing).  We were not badly hurt, but our cats were terrified of the whole ordeal.

I have never been in a wreck on a cruise ship.  😉

You will feel better soon.   I also had a low grade fever and a headache for two days.  Bucky had full on side effects, like he was suffering the flu.  We both felt fine by day 3.

He sounds like a very stubborn man and I'm pleased for you Pat  that your lovely sister is coming to see you on her own.

Heard the same thing from the nurse that gave us our Moderna shots.  She said side effects are good because they mean that the vaccine is working.  No idea if it's true.

I was told the same thing by the Health dept. nurse, and the young paramedic who gave me my second shot.

Plus...my sister tells me the same thing...SHE would know.  😉

I'm jealous - I LOVE CB's blueberry pancakes!!!!!

I make the requested Sunday blueberry pancakes every Sunday...Bucky's request.  😉  Maine blueberries of course... 😉  Though right now we can only get them frozen, shipped down from Wymans of Maine.  I also tend to dab them with sliced bananas before I flip them as well.  😋

I am happy it is just her as well. Through the years she, myself, and Bucky had times of being "The 3 Musketeers".  Was always happy times, and enjoyed a lot of cruising... just the three of us as well.

I am not sure how long her second marriage is going to last.  Sad.

LOL......though you will need to take your sniffer up to Maine this summer.  We are leaving to go up there for the summer on Sunday, being picked up at 5:30 am for our flight.  Skipping the usual blueberry breakfast for peanut butter bagels taking a ride in my carry on.  😄

When Pauline's late mam Ruth  used to cruise with us after Roy died up to and including her 90th birthday cruise on P&O Ventura we  called ourselves

The 3 Musketeers.
