Not only is it rare on itineraries, but seems it's also missed due to weather even when it's on the itinerary. The two books by William Shawcross, biography and collected letters, left me so fascinated with the Queen Mother that I'm itching to get up there. Silly, no doubt. It's pretty darn wild land up there. Looks pretty, though. Maxine 12

When we missed a port in Iceland, we headed back to Scrabster, but it was too windy to dock. If you want to tour Castle Mey, keep in mind that Prince Charles spends about a week there in August and there are no tours then. Lenda
ger_77 Posted November 18, 2021 #109 Share Posted November 18, 2021 Good afternoon/evening, time for a check-in. I'm happy to hear @rafinmd has returned home today - you can always recuperate better there. I want to say a heartfelt thanks to everyone for your prayers for my DSIL's valve replacement yesterday. I got off the phone with her not 5 minutes ago and she's home! It's amazing what medical science has done since the days where they had to crack your chest wide open to do such a procedure. She said they made 2 incisions - one in the radial artery on her arm and the other in the femoral artery in her groin, inserted the valve, and poof! She's done! I'm blown away by this. @Vict0riannI'm sorry to hear your store's supplies and gas are running low. Hopefully you're like a bunch of us pandemic people who have cupboards and pantries well stocked so you won't run out of the basics for a while. The gas on the other hand, is another matter - I hope you're either able to get more gas for your vehicle, or don't have to travel anywhere. What sad news about the police officer's family; mental illness is such a hidden disease, and often not discovered until it's too late. Stay safe everyone, enjoy your evening ahead! Smooth Sailing! 🙂🙂🙂 Gerry

Multi quoting is not hard, Ann. Right by the quote box is a plus sign - circle in red on my screen shot. Just hit that and carry on and hit as many as you want to quote and the on the right hand side of the screen will be the quotes symbol. For example: Just hit it and all the quotes appear. You can edit snip, whatever. Hope this helps. 11

The amazing thing is there's little or no healing involved, coming out of the repair was almost the equivalent of turning on a switch. I did have a couple of minor restrictions but was walked a lap around my court the day I was discharged feeling an immediate game change. I was discharged Saturday and approved to drive on Monday. We wound up eating at the Dutch Cafe, and it was good and not too much. Then, we followed it with dessert in the Lido. Tomorrow is the Mariner recognition ceremony, and a picture with the captain. This is the first time we've stayed late in Puerto Vallarta. All aboard is 8:30 and we sail at 9 or earlier. I'm sitting on the balcony enjoying the quiet and the full moon. Since the eclipse begins at midnight, we'll miss it. Lenda
